The Marine Park has educational shows for Coatis, Sea Lions, Parrots, Dolphin and Reptiles. They also have an Aviary Experience where you can feed budgies for €1 each -

Having dinner in Malta is not as cheap as one may expect, since it's popular destination for tourists. So I came up with a great idea to try Gueliz restaurant in db San Antonio Resort, St. Paul's Bay, Malta. I could freely mix a great range of food from Italian pasta & pizza to Asian fried rice with sweet dessert. Also a nice experience to get lost in this big db San Antonio Resort was big fun.

Our main restaurant is named after the modern district of Marrakesh, one of the ancient imperial cities of Morocco. Its name derives from mur (n) akush, which means “Land of God”. The decor recalls Morocco's Guéliz urban district and is washed in delicated Moorish colours. We serve a meticulously prepared, exquisite and lavish buffet straight from our chefs' pans three times a day.

Lärm mag von morgens bis abends. Zirka zehn verschiedenen Restaurants, mit Buchungskonzept, die Standardkantine ist noch gerade so akzeptabel. Die Mitarbeiter haben sich, nicht abgesprochen bzw. miteinander kooperiert, dies fiel auch anderen Urlaubern auf. Perfektes Englisch erforderlich, weder deutsch oder französisch sprechen die Angestellten und sie geben sich auch keine Mühe den Malta-Slang etwas herunterzufahren. Das System der Aufzüge ist in Ordnung jedoch gibt es zu wenige im Hauthaus und die Anordnungen sind eine Katastrophe und bedeutet ständiges warten. Rooftop Bar und Adults only Pool gesperrt. Lage an der Straße kein Strand. Unfreundliches Personal, echt kalte Zimmer, Schimmel in der Dusche. Zusätzliche Decken erst verfügbar als wir mit Kürzung über den Reiseveranstalter drohten. Wir können die vielen positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen und wir haben einiges an Erfahrung. Die riesige Baustelle des Mittelpools hat uns nicht weiter gestört, da wir mehr unterwegs sind. Leider waren auf Grund von der Corona Pandemie viele Angebote wie die Restaurants und Bars auf dem Dach geschlossen, die Pool Bars auch und auf dem Dach gab es einen Pool, der war leider auch nicht offen.
Die längste Bremsspur der Welt vom Roof deck an der Wand heruntergeschissen, eine zirka dreißig Meter lange Bremsspur! Der Blick jeden Morgen auf diese Wand ist naja…

DB San Antonio Hotel Bugibba St Pauls Bay Malta - Malta Travel Video
Our visit to the DB San Antonio Hotel in Buggibba, St Pauls Bay and Close to Qawra. A 4 Star rated hotel in Malta offering all inclusive options and a wide range of faciltities. Well positioned, just a short walk from the square and an even shorter walk to the beach / seafront.
During our stay we spoke to lots of people who were unhappy with their non sea view room. They said that it was too noisy facing the street and that the view was like looking on to a building site. We had high expectations having paid a premium for a sea view room. Whilst the view was okay, the room itself was very basic, resembling a flat pack project put together by folk who did not know what they were doing. The décor was in very bad taste. Also the aircon is pretty pointless as it does virtually nothing. All that said, we had a great holiday. Food was generally good standard. Ask for a room high up if you prefer the quiet and want a good view. Hope all this helps, let me know how it goes, have a great time ????
