Literally nothing interesting happens in it, just me being miserable in the rain and I'm even somewhat ashamed to upload it, but it's 3am in Bolivia and I can't sleep due to the jet lag. Even the shitty Adam Sandler movie I just watched on Netflix has not helped me fall sleep. So I thought why not stick something up and read some comments. Out of all the crazy and unique things I've done in my life, trying out a spontaneous pool day at a random person's house is definitely one of the craziest but coolest experiences I've ever done. And while this could've easily been something that could've gone awry, I had the time of my life soaking up the sun and swimming for a couple hours in a random person's backyard. The payoff for taking this risk was incredible!!! I met some amazing hosts and had such a great time.
Although, Swimply did hook me up with a free few hours to try out a pool, all my opinions and experiences are my own. That being said, thanks so much Swimply for setting up a fun summer activity and encouraging me to just get out and enjoy life...even if it's in a nearby house!

About Vantastic: We are a sad couple who got rid of everything to travel the world. We make vlogs sharing our daily lives in a camper van, our ups and downs, and our adventures around Europe.
What camera equipment do you use?
We use GoPro10, Røde VideoMicro with a dead kitten, Ulanzi tripod mt-16, Ulanzi cage G9, Ulanzi vl49 light, DJ Mavic Pro drone and Adobe Premiere Pro to edit the vlogs. Our electrical power set-up in our camper van allows charging our camera and laptops to film and edit.
What is your van?
Our camper van is Fiat Ducato 2015, Adria Twin conversion panel van. We have done only minor upgrades and mods to our camper van, we pretty much love it as it is.
How do you afford your nomadic lifestyle?
We live on a true shoestring budget. We travel economically, we cook all our meals, we dont visit tourist traps, we enjoy being in the nature and hiking in the nature. We worked traditional office jobs for years and now we live on our savings and investments. We dont believe you need tons of money to to pursue your passion. However, we have learned that you do need to sacrifice comfort, consistency and safety, but that it is possible, very worth it, and the only lifestyle that makes us truly happy!

After a disastrous trip I came home to find my Flextail Zero Pump had arrived, after much faffing and bad AWOL customer service....let's just say, if you want one of these, you NEED to watch this video before you do. Like...it's not 'hey it's actually great, fooled you!' clickbait, you will NOT be happy with what you receive if it's anything like mine. BE WARNED!
To say I'm feeling a bit ...deflated is an understatement ;--)
First video using post-synced sound, mostly OK apart from the ending didn't record. I wouldn't be surprised if a jet liner hadn't crashed on me during recording, that's how well my 2024 is going. How's yours?
