Food Tour in Cartagena Colombia - Colombia Travel Vlog ????????

Food Tour in Cartagena Colombia - Colombia Travel Vlog ????????

In this video, I’ll share the best food tour in Cartagena Colombia. The Bazurto market can be one of the most popular places for eating out in Cartagena Colombia. The cuisine is built on a foundation of local seafood and tropical fruits and vegetables, with a distinct blend of cultural influences — Spanish, African, and indigenous — giving it a unique advantage. Cartagena is a place you won't miss when visiting Colombia.

About Cartagena, A City in Colombia.
Cartagena is a port city on Colombia’s Caribbean coast. By the sea is the walled Old Town, founded in the 16th century, with squares, cobblestone streets, and colorful colonial buildings. With a tropical climate, the city is also a popular beach destination. Reachable by boat are Isla de Barú, with white-sand beaches and palm trees, and the Islas del Rosario, known for its coral reefs.

3-DAY CARTAGENA, COLOMBIA Travel Vlog ???????? July 2022 | what to eat, see, and do! (with PRICES????)

The first leg of my Colombia trip was in Cartagena! This was my first time in South America. We spent three and a half days walking around the old city and Getsamaní, exploring cafes and bars, sunset sailing, and learning about the rich African history in San Basilio de Palenque (the first free town in the Americas). We didn't have time to explore any beaches or islands (plus, I am still recovering from a finger injury so I didn't want to get my finger wet), but I absolutely loved everything we did there. WARNING: you will need to bring some extra memory cards, because I could NOT stop taking out my camera and phone for pictures every 10 seconds. The colonial architecture is stunning, especially paired with all the colorful flowers and street fruit carts around... all of it was just magical.

I also included all prices of what we did and ate in this video! Thought it might be helpful to know how to budget if you decide to come. The USD conversion is approximate (but pretty accurate), of course depending on the exchange rate of the day...

Stay tuned for my next vlog in: Medellín! The City of Eternal Springs ⛰️

Pedro Pascal: No Good Mexican Food in NYC??

Are you sure about that? Respectfully, here's 5 spots we think are worth a try, and maybe come to the defense of the many Mexicans and Mexican-owned establishments that call NYC home. You can get tacos, chalupas, micheladas, and more, and we think they give Los Angeles a run for its money. Have you hit these places? Drop us a line in the comments.
