La strada statale 470 della Valle Brembana (SS 470), fino al 3 maggio 2021 strada provinciale ex strada statale 470 della Valle Brembana (SP ex SS 470), è una strada statale italiana che percorre la valle omonima.
Venne istituita nel 1964 con il seguente percorso: Bergamo - San Pellegrino - San Martino de' Calvi.
L'apertura della variante di Zogno è avvenuta alle 9.50 di lunedì 8 novembre con la presenza dell'assessore regionale Claudia Maria Terzi, il presidente della provincia Pasquale Gandolfi (infatti per Il momento la strada è di competenza provinciale e poi passerà ad anas),e l'amministrazione comunale di Zogno.
La variante è lunga 4,4 km e ha dimezzato i tempi di percorrenza nell’ intera valle (prima da Villa d'Alme a Pizza Brembana ci si metteva un'ora piena; adesso con la variante ci si mette mezz’ora).
La prima galleria è di 645 metri ed è chiamata Inzogno mentre la seconda è lunga 2208 metri ed è chiamata monte di Zogno.
All'interno della variante è vietato il transito ai mezzi che portano merci pericolose.
Il limite di velocità sull'intero tratto e di 70 km/h.
La storia:
Il progetto della variante di Zogno era già stato presentato durante gli anni novanta ma nessuno era interessato a quest'opera perché ai tempi non c'era molto traffico. Successivamente nei primi anni del 2000 ci si rese conto della necessità di questo importante collegamento. Il progetto fu rivisto (prima doveva esserci un viadotto al posto del traforo, come per la variante di Sedrina) nel 2011 e nell'anno successivo partirono i lavori affidati all'impresa Itinerari di Tortona.
Nel 2014 però la ditta abbandonò il cantiere per mancanza dei fondi. La regione trovò altri fondi e nell'ottobre del 2018 ripartirono i lavori appaltati all'azienda Collini di Trento. Dopo 2 anni, nel settembre 2021 la ditta ha concluso l'opera; nei 2 mesi successivi la provincia ha fatto i collaudi con l'aiuto di Aira, l'azienda con sede a l'Aquila che gestisce i pannelli a messaggio variabile. A fine ottobre arrivò l'ordinanza di apertura per il giorno 8 novembre.
