Peles Castle Romania Visiting this BEAUTIFUL Castle in Transylvania
This time we are visiting the beautiful Peles Castle in Romania. This was our first-ever trip to Romania and WOW were we surprised at how beautiful and cheap it was. Peles Castle is incredible!
Join us in part 1 of this Romania weekend road trip.
Arriving in Bucharest we grabbed a hire car ( you could go by train) and drove the 2 hours up into the Carpathian mountains to arrive at Peles Castle.
This first stop is part of our weekend trip to Romania so make sure you check out our other videos on this region.
Pele Castle is really important in Romanian history and was the former summer residence of the Romanian royal family. Built on the wish of the first king of Romania, King Carol I it is just a stunning Castle to visit and the inside is just beautiful.
Parking is 20 Leu about £3.70. You have a 15-minute walk up into the grounds of the castle and it's not to steep if you have mobility issues.
Walking around the grounds is free but you will need a buy a ticket to go inside. A ground floor ticket is 30 Leu and both floors are 60 Leu. Make sure you do the full tour! It very worth it. Using a camera or filming is charged at another 35 Leu.
There is a second castle to visit on the grounds and this is included in your ticket. Pelisor Castle was the summer house of the last Queen of Romania and was built in the early 20th Century. The highlight of the castle is the golden room. Floor to ceiling gold. Sadly it was closed when we visited.
You will likely spend half a day seeing all the sights and grounds at the castle.

During our Ukraine Series, we spend an enjoyable weekend in Lviv.
Lviv is becoming a popular stop on any Eastern European trip. It's cheap, easy to get around and there is so much to experience. We say experience because almost every coffee shop, bar or restaurant offers more than just a drink or food. Themed, fun and very photogenic, you will end up spending much more time than you expected.
The historic old town is very comfortable to walk, with many markets, churches and restaurants serving traditional Ukrainian food and also catering for international tastes.
Our weekend was simply not enough time to see all Lviv has to offer so we headed back for New Years. Check out that video here

可見毛里求斯是天堂的原型，如今已經成為全世界遊客享受生命解放自己的秘密花園。毛里求斯景色優美，美麗的海灘和明媚的陽光吸引著大批來自世界各地的遊客。同時毛里求斯還是世界五大婚禮及蜜月勝地之一，每年都吸引很多明星夫婦前去度假。
想不到吧，非洲竟然還有如此驚豔的地方，毛里求斯為非洲東部印度洋中的一座海島國家，距馬達加斯加約800公里，南距留尼汪160公里，與非洲大陸相距2200公里。
作為火山島國，毛里求斯四周被珊瑚礁環繞，由於珊瑚礁的保護，毛里求斯的海灘格外清涼，上百公里的白沙灘被一致評為世界最佳海灘，作為世界傑出海島旅遊目的地，以及世界上贏得最多回頭客的旅遊目的地，毛里求斯還有復雜挫折的歷史以及無數的自然風景。
在1505年以前，毛里求斯還是荒無人煙的海島，首次登上該島的葡萄牙人馬斯克林把小島叫做“蝙蝠島”。
1598年，荷蘭人來了，並以以莫里斯王子的名字給島命名為“毛里求斯”。在被荷蘭人統治了100多年後的1715年，法國人又佔領了毛里求斯島，並改稱為法蘭西島。
又過了100多年，英國打敗法國，又將島的名字改回了毛里求斯，並於1814年正式將島劃歸為英國殖民地。
後來的100多年裡，毛里求斯人不斷尋求自治，終於在1961年7月，英國同意毛里求斯自治。
1968年3月12日，毛里求斯正式宣告獨立。
到1992年3月12日毛里求斯改行共和製，正式變為毛里求斯共和國。
別看毛里求斯只是一個海島國家，但其早已實現了完全的市場經濟，不僅在經濟發展上取得成就，在社會進步上也成績斐然，即使是最貧困的群體也能從經濟發展中獲益，因此毛里求斯也被稱為是非洲的瑞士，是非洲少有的富國之一。
現實中的毛里求斯更像是一個大熔爐，自從1835年，奴隸制在毛里求斯被廢除後，大約有50萬印度勞工被引入，經商的華人此後也來了，至今毛里求斯仍有三萬多祖籍廣東梅縣的清朝移民的後裔。
所以說毛里求斯融合了印度，非洲，亞洲，英國和法國的文化和美食，當海灘上的舞者搖擺著傳統樂器的脈動節奏時，是擁抱這個島嶼最獨特的生活方式。
556米高的桌山是世界遺產也是毛里求斯的標誌，另外在七彩土國家公園的七色土，是世界上唯一同時擁有七種不同顏色泥土的地區，遊客們還可以參觀世界上最大的巨型海龜繁殖基地，著名的潘普利莫塞斯花園也是非常值得一遊的天然植物園。其實毛里求斯還有一個最獨特的標誌渡渡鳥，這呆傻的笨鳥在咱們之前的留尼汪那一期有過詳細介紹。
毛里求斯一年只有兩個季節，冬季和夏季，而9-3月的冬季則是最適合旅遊的季節，同時首都路易港中央市場上的各種水果，蔬菜，魚類和香料也都是無與倫比的。

在歐洲一個隱秘又陌生的角落，地下綿延幾百公里的隧道網絡，這些地下隧道中藏有200多萬瓶葡萄美酒，因而也被吉尼斯世界紀錄收錄，成為了世界上最大的酒窖。
摩爾多瓦位於羅馬尼亞和烏克蘭之間，釀造葡萄酒酒的歷史已有數千年之久。全國2/3的土地為黑鈣土，再加上低矮的山丘，陽光充足的平原，四季流淌的河流，以及黑海盆地裡溫和的氣候，共同造就了得天獨厚的葡萄種植的優質條件，絲毫不遜色於歐洲大陸其它著名的葡萄產區。
摩爾多瓦的葡萄酒可能大家很少聽說，但其知名度在曾經的前蘇聯以及現在的歐美都是相當高的，摩爾多瓦曾是蘇聯的一部分，是蘇聯所有共和國中葡萄酒產量最高的國家，可以這麼說曾經蘇聯每兩瓶葡萄酒中，就有一瓶產自摩爾多瓦。
咱們一開始提到的世界上最大的酒窖，就是始建於1969年的摩爾多瓦最大的葡萄酒廠，國營米列什蒂密茨葡萄酒廠的酒窖。
20世紀60年代末，原本的石灰岩礦關閉之後，其內部的坑道便成了完美的葡萄酒窖。綿延240多公里約85米深的地下空間中，溫度常年穩定在10攝氏度左右，穩定的濕度為葡萄酒的釀造創造了理想的條件，其中超過55公里的隧道被用作葡萄酒廊。米列什蒂密茨酒廠的定位為二級釀酒廠，酒窖中則保存著摩爾多瓦最好的葡萄酒，其中比較高端的是1973 - 74年生產，每瓶價值480歐元，目前只出口到日本，其他類型的葡萄酒則會出口到美國 俄羅斯 中國以及歐洲一些國家。
世界最大的酒窖幾乎每天都會對遊客開放，而且可以自己開車進入地下葡萄酒大道遊覽，酒窖可以提供羅馬尼亞語，俄語，英語，法語，意大利語和德語講解，在專業嚮導的帶領下，沿途會經過一個天然的地下瀑布、最珍貴的美酒區以及葡萄藤雕塑區，然後來到地下60米左右的品酒室。在優美音樂的伴奏下，不僅可以品嚐美酒，還能享受豐富的牛肉大餐。
當然除了以上摩爾多瓦第一大葡萄酒廠，位於首都基希訥烏以北15公里的在其附近的克利科瓦小鎮，也有一座克利科瓦酒廠排名摩爾多瓦第二，這座酒廠也擁有一個120公里的地下隧道網絡，其中將近一半用於地下酒窖，看起來更加豪華更加精緻，這裡也貯存了125萬瓶稀有的葡萄美酒，其中最古老的葡萄酒可以追溯到1902年，克利科瓦酒窖最引以為傲的就是有很多國家的領導人都曾到此一遊。
從摩爾多瓦首都基希訥烏出發，有許多葡萄酒窖的遊覽路線，而真正的葡萄酒發燒友，可以在每年10月的國家葡萄酒日前往品嚐。
不過摩爾多瓦並不是一個非常安全的國家，自從蘇聯解體後，這個國家因能源短缺，政治動盪 缺乏貿易 調控不當等原因，經濟一度陷入危機，至今仍是歐洲最貧窮的國家，其人均GDP僅有兩千多美元，基本上是一個完完全全的農業國，國民經濟嚴重依賴於農業和釀酒業，同時在人類發展指數排名方面，摩爾多瓦也是歐洲國家當中得分最低的。
