We spent a weekend in Germany! In the previous video, you'll see us take a free ferry to Denmark and experience Hamburg! In this video we are driving to our friend Lennie, to Wolfenbüttel. He showed us around and, he knew so much about this city! It was a lot of fun to visit this less visited German city. On our way back to Norway, we stopped at the Memphis Mansion in Randers, Denmark, to see a laarge Elvis collection!

A beautiful german town, with a population of roughly 50,000 people.
Why here? Why not Berlin, Why not Munich? etc..
This smaller german town is the home to my beautiful friend, Ellen. Ellen who is featured in this video was an exchange student at my hometown high school over my sophomore year. After befriending Ellen that yea, I haven't been able to see her since! So the minute I found out I would be going to uni in Europe I knew one of my first trips would have to be to see my long time friend!
Wolfenbüttel, I believe, gave me such a unique experience of Germany compared to many other tourists who have traveled the country. With a small population, and a limited of that who speak english, it was exciting!
Here in Wolfenbüttel I was lucky to visit the local Christmas market, as well as a neighboring towns market! Now, Christmas markets are not at all as big of a tradition in the U.S., but visiting this real, authentic, german Christmas market was amazing!!
Do I want to see other parts of Germany?
Of course! Germany is huge (compared to many other European countries). While this was only one small town, leaving so much of Germany to see. Ideally I have been thinking about the next time I would be in Germany, and that leaves me with Germany being an amazing country for a road trip! I mean come on how cool! The beautiful mountains, the fields, it would be breathtaking!

Actually, while writing this, I have just come back from Milan, Italy (which I'm hoping that video will take less than a month to put up!). But really I don't know! Possibly, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Greece, those are just some that come to mind right now.
