Kayaking in Belgium, Zuidlede River, Adventure Autumn 2021 (full video - GoPro HERO 7 Black)
Kayak trip on the Zuidlede River, on a beautiful autumn day.
Starting at Stenenbrug, Puyenbroeck, I paddle to the east. After a while I come to a transfer point at Triphon restaurant, Eksaardedam. Then the tour continues through Eksaarde, where the river narrows and there is overhanging vegetation. The kayak tour ends at a dam, near the Spletterenbrug, Lokeren. There's also a video with a part of the return paddle trip, at Sunset :
Kajaktocht over de Zuidlede, op een mooie herfstdag.
Oostwaarts vanaf Stenenbrug, Puyenbroeck, peddel ik vooral door de natuur. Na een tijdje kom ik aan een overstappunt bij restaurant Triphon, Eksaardedam. Daarna gaat de tocht verder door het centrum van Eksaarde, waar de rivier versmalt en er overhangende vegetatie is. De kajaktocht eindigt bij een stuwdam, ter hoogte van de Spletterenbrug, Lokeren. Check de video met een deel van de terugreis, bij zonsondergang :
Balade en kayak sur le Zuidlede, par une belle journée d'automne.
Vers l'est de Stenenbrug, Puyenbroeck, je pagaie principalement dans la nature. Au bout d'un moment j'arrive à un point de transfert au restaurant Triphon, Eksaardedam. Ensuite, la visite se poursuit à travers le centre d'Eksaarde, où la rivière se rétrécit et la végétation en surplomb. Le tour en kayak se termine à un barrage près du Spletterenbrug, Lokeren.
