we went for a Treetop Walk in Rogla, Pohorje. It was the most amazing place I've been to.
As the tittle says I say beautiful a lot, because it really is such a beautiful place. I want to go back in sunny weather asap.

The Ultimate Balkan Roadtrip | 6 countries in 7 days.
We decided to do a Balkan road trip in 7 days. We planned this trip 4 days in advance by renting a Citroen C3 and booking airline tickets to Bulgaria. What initially was an impulsive, unplanned trip ended with a breathtaking experience. The Balkans offer unlimited beauty and variety. The six countries are so close yet so different.
Serbia and Bulgaria did not make the cut, mainly due to the excessively beautiful footage of Montenegro.
One tip, do not show off your expensive stuff. We experienced some uncomfortable and unpleasant situations.
If I were to do it again, the roadtrip would be in Montenegro, Croatia and Albania. North Macedonia is worth a visit as well.
The itinerary is the following: Sofia, Bulgaria - Skopje, North Macedonia - Albania - Podgorica, Montenegro - Dubrovnik, Croatia - Sarajevo, Serbia - Sofia, Bulgaria.

Podstrana is a small town near Split, and a perfect haven to escape the crowds of the largest city in Dalmatia. The beaches themselves are gravel with good sea access. The most beautiful beach in Podstrana is in the Hotel Le Meridien Lav, which was completely renovated and improved with a number of amenities. Near this beach, you can find an open outdoor pool, children's playground, garage parking, deck chairs, parasols, cafe, and a restaurant. All in all, everything your heart can desire.

Okay, not exactly, but Lucius Artorius Castus did and he is considered to be a potential historical basis for King Arthur by many renowned historians, including the British! Lucius Artorius Castus' sarcophagus was found in Podstrana in the church of Saint Martin. Lucius Castus was a soldier, centurion, dux legion, and finally a prefect of the Roman navy. After the end of his military career, he was named Procurator of Liburnia, which is the governor of today's Dalmatia.
He truly saw the most of the old world, from Judea, Parthia, Budapest, Italy, and finally Britain, where his victories won him the status of a legend. His final resting place is here, in Podstrana.

Zagreb, Croatia in a Day | Travel Vlog
Croatia is a country that has long intrigued us so we didn't want to miss the chance to visit Zagreb after our trip to Ljubljana, Slovenia. We jumped on a FlixBus for the 2h15m bus journey and took some time off for Eileen to continue recovering from her injury. In this video, we head into the Old Town to take in some of the sites, beginning at Zagreb Cathedral - the tallest building in Croatia. We make a quick stop at Dolac Market en route to the Zagreb Funicular which carries us up to the city's Upper Town. After taking in the spectacular views of the city at the top of the funicular, we head straight towards St. Mark's Church. With its stunning tiled rooftop, this church built in 1841 is the jewel of Zagreb. We end this lovely first day in Croatia at a fascinating and unique spot: the Museum of Broken Relationships.
