Welcome to the finale of our series going WB on North Ave/IL Rte 64! We continue from where we left off at Randall Rd in the west side of St. Charles, IL and finish the way to Sycamore, IL northwest of DeKalb, IL. We pass through the remaining Chicago suburbs and exurbs and enter the wide-open countryside with its cornfields and prairies. It remains this way from IL Route 47 all the way to Sycamore when we pass through its historic downtown. We finally end at Peace Rd in Sycamore's west side.

Today's adventure took us to the Royal Arch Cave in Springfield, NH. We love exploring caves, although this one is more of a undercut cliff believed to be cause from glacial scouring. There is also folklore that the famous Daniel Webster spent a night in this cave with his flock of sheep. Interesting story! It was a great day out on the Sunapee, Ragged, Kearsarge, Greenway trails aka SRKG trails. This is a cool place in Springfield, NH if you are ever in the area.
Cheryl and I have not done an adventure in NH for over 10 month's. That ended today. We have been traveling the country and our RV and posting videos to our other YouTube channel, It is so awesome to be back in the area and getting together with the Best Adventure Team ever.

Profile Falls & Sulphite Bridge/Bristol & Franklin, New Hampshire
Hike to Profile Falls and Sulphite Railroad Bridge (#62). These hikes are quite short.
There is a small hill with some roots on the path on the way to the falls. You can swim at the falls but the water is cold. Easy for kids. There is parking available at the trailhead for the falls, just take Mountain Hill rd. off 3A.
The hike to the bridge starts in Franklin, NH. There is on street parking. The paths are reclaimed rail tracks and easy to walk.
PLEASE TAKE TRASH OUT OF THESE AREAS! There is no dedicated trash removal and it is up to everyone to keep these areas clean. Please be respectful.
