This video is about Sri Madhaveswara swami Temple in Gorantla(v,m), 120km from Anantapur, 120km From Banglore, 80km from Banglore airport, 15km from The famous temple Lepakshi, well connective with roadways.

This temple was constructed by Vijayanagara Kings after construction kings noticed that the main idol of the temple nose was broken.

After 300 Years Vijayanagara King SRI KRISHNADEVERAYA reconstructed the main idol and started performing pooja.

The best time to visit this temple is around 365days, in the monsoon this place is most beautiful to enjoy with kids. There are no big hotels to stay here but near the bus stand, a small hotel was there tiffins was awesome (UGGANI) must-try dish.

The main attraction of this temple was WELL constructed by SRI KRISHNADEVERAYA water in this well was medicated people use this water for their health issues like Favour, cold, cough e.t.c...
