Alberta Road Trip: Exploring Nordegg and the David Thompson Region!
Nordegg and the David Thompson Region is one of the most beautiful places in Alberta, making it a great Alberta road trip and one of the top places for outdoor adventurers.
In this video, we explore the region, including visiting many waterfalls (Cresent Falls, Siffleur Falls, and Ram Falls), visit beautiful Abraham Lake, and go horseback riding in the Rocky Mountains. We also talk about who David Thompson is and why the area is named after, as well as a brief stop at Rocky Mountain House National Historic Site.

Trip To Thompson, Manitoba Canada in HD video
On a bright sunny day in Fall 2022, I was heading to Thompson City from Winnipeg, Manitoba. I Filled up the gas From Costco McGillivery Winnipeg, and I got on Route 155 to connect to the Manitoba 101W/Perimeter Highway. From there, easily connect to MB-hwy6 and follow that to Thompson. On my way to Thompson, I passed the following small towns. Saint Laurent, Lundar, Deerhorn, Eriksdale, Ashron, Moosehorn, Grahemdale, Grand Rapids, Ponton, Pisew Falls Provincial Park and Thompson. While driving, I filled up the gas at Grand rapids for better sake. After approximately 770 kilometres or about seven to eight hours of driving, I reached my destination, Thompson or the center of the north. What you are seeing here is the scene recorded by my dash camera during that trip.
