We will help you discover what we believe are the top priorities when visiting. If you love nature and history then the Kunisaki peninsula offers everything you need and more. I have such fond memories of the area and could easily see myself retiring there. But of course, Oita cannot be limited to Kunisaki. You will see in our video, it has so much to offer!
Note. If you ever visit Oita you have to have Futago-Ji Temple on your list. Make sure to book a table at the restaurant near the temple. There is only one. Order some Toriten, short for Tori Tempura, this is truly AMAZINGLY GOOD!

Today I’m going to introduce two, one of a kind hot spring resorts in the very south of Japan : Yufuin and Beppu.
Maybe many of you have never heard of Yufuin and Beppu because they are far away from other major tourist spots, but there are a lot of unique hot springs that you can only experience here, such as sand baths and jigoku (hell) host springs.

Attack on Titan Statues Tour in Hita City, Oita - Japan Solo Travel
This time, I am traveling alone to Hita City, Oita Prefecture, to visit the Attack on Titan in HITA project.The Attack on Titan in HITA project was started by citizen volunteers with the wishes of Hajime Isayama, the author of the original novel Attack on Titan.
Please enjoy Hita with its many attractions such as statues of Eren, Mikasa, and Armin, Levi, and the Attack on Titan Museum.
On the way to Hita City, we also stopped by LaLaport Fukuoka to see a Size of the original ν (nu) Gundam statue and the Kamado Jinja, which is said to be the sacred place of the Demon Slaye.

【Japan 1minute Travel MIYAZAKI Takachiho】 宮崎 高千穂（美しき高千穂峡の動画）
ここは、宮崎県の高千穂峡、神話のふるさとです。
高千穂峡は「柱状節理（ちゅうじょうせつり）」の渓谷です。
大昔、阿蘇五岳の大爆発により流れ出た火砕流が長い年月をかけて侵食され、現在のような深くそして美しい岩肌を造形したものだそうです。
長い年月をかけて侵食され、このような美しい形状になっていますが、自然は現在進行形です。またまた、長い年月をかけて変化していきます。
この美しい一瞬を見れたことに感謝しかありません。
僕が訪れたのは9月の初旬、まだまだ夏気候の宮崎でした。
とても蒸し暑かったですが、この高千穂峡に入るとヒンヤリとして気持ちが良かったことを覚えています。
水は美しく、そして豊富。
う〜ん、この雰囲気が何とも言えませんね。
きっとマイナスイオンの影響もあるのかもしれませんね。
遊歩道も整備されているので、歩いても楽しめます。
また、貸しボートもあるので真名井の滝を間近で見ることもできます。
きっとマイナスイオンを全身で浴びて、迫力満点なんでしょうね。
それにしても、本当に自然とは偉大なる芸術家ですね。
高千穂峡をゆっくり歩くと、そのことを実感できます。
ここに美しき日本があります。
