Road Trip! Southern Alberta Day Trip

We have had more then enough of being stuck at home. So we packed our masks and hand sanitizer and went for a Southern Alberta Road trip. We drove south from Calgary to Lethbride Alberta.
When we were in Lethbridge we stop in to a really cool store called Meadow Lane. The awesome people who on it are big Disney fans and it turns out Kent who is the co-owner used to work in the same mall as Charmaine when she was the manager of an Art Gallery many years ago.
Being Disney fans he was shocked when they were watching a Tim Tracker video and here was Charmaine! Too funny.
Since then Kent has reached out to chat with me about Disney a number of times.
I am so glad that happened and now we got to check out there store. It was a lot of fun.
After we left Lethbride we drove home on a longer and more scenic route.
We drove past a massive wind farm near Pincher Creek, past Fort McLoud where more filming from the New Ghost Busters Movie After Life was filled. Then we went back North towards Turner Valley , Long View and Black Diamond.
We ended our day with a big delicious box of Fried Chicken from Chicken-on-the-way one of the very best fried chickens spots in all of Alberta. They have been serving Calgary for over 50 years.
