Taki is a small city in Hasnabad police district of Basirhat subdivision in North 24 Parganas district in the Indian state of West Bengal.

it's often a day trip or weekend getaway from Kolkata
Mini sundarban entry fee -- 5/- per person
Taki is almost 70 km east of Kolkata and can be reached both by road and rail.
By bus
Kolkata bus route 252 runs from Esplanadein Kolkata , 79C runs from terminates in Shyambazar in North Kolkata .
The trip takes 2-3 hours.
By train
You can also reach Taki by train from Sealdah Station in North Kolkata via Barasat.
The Trip time is about 2 hrs . The local stop is Taki Station Road and from station it takes10-15 minutes to get from the station to the riverfront of taki rajbari ghat and guest houses by rickshaw,motor van,and toto.

কলকাতা খুব কাছে টাকি হল একটি অন্যতম পর্যটন কেন্দ্র । পশ্চিমবঙ্গের উত্তর ২৪ পরগণার ইছামতি নদীর তীরে ভারত-বাংলাদেশ সীমান্ত অঞ্চলে অবস্হিত হল এই টাকি। কলকাতা থেকে একদিন আথবা দুদিনের জন্য বেড়াতে যাওয়ার একটি সুন্দর জায়গা এটি।

Taki Travel Guide | One Day Trip from Kolkata | Taki Tourist Spot | India-Bangladesh Border
We went to Taki for a day outing near Bangladesh India Border along the river Ichamati. We traveled Rajbari Ghat, Deep water Well, Bisorjon Shooting Spot, General Shankar Roy Chowdhury house, Mini Sundarban(Golpata Forest), Jora Shiv Mandir, 400 year old Durga Dalan, Taki river side picnic spot, Trishakti Kali Mandir, Puber Rajbari.
Date of travel: 3rd of April 2022

টাকি ভ্রমণ I TAKI TOURIST SPOTS I TAKI RAJBARI I MINI SUNDERBAN I WEEKEND TOUR NEAR KOLKATA
Taki bhraman, Taki tourist spots are near Hasnabad in north 24 Paraganas. It is a nice place to visit for a weekend tour. We covered 11 spots there. Spend 1-2 days or just a day trip is worthful.
Take the local train to Taki and from there take a cycle van or Toto or auto-rickshaw to Taki's ferry ghat spot. Rent a van from there and take a tour of the spots shown in our video. You can visit Taki Rajbari, a well-known place to visit here, you can see Bangladesh from the launch on the river. Mini Sunderban is one of the best places to visit Taki. You can get a touch of Sunderban visiting there. Also shooting spot of Bisarjan, a Bengali award-winning movie, is a good sight to visit at. You can spend hours just sitting at the bank of the Ichamati River. You can easily arrange food and lodging here. We stayed at Rupashi Bangla lodge which is quite good. But one thing I must say seeing Bangladesh from so close is unforgettable. Anyway enjoy the video and make your plan to visit Taki.
