Said to be good for your health and skin, this traditional Russian style of bathhouse and sauna has been steam-cleaning people for centuries.
It is true that you strip off to go inside and you sweat a lot or that is very hot. However, the benefits are amazing! You detox your full body, relax, and feel strengthen after.
I personally go to the Russian Banya once a month, and in this video, I am going to show you where I go and what I usually do once I am inside. ????

A Russian Winter Day at the Sosnovka Park in St Petersburg Russia ????
Ice is a real wonder that makes Russia one of the best countries where one can feel the real winter.
Among the variety of places you can experience Russian winter, there is also Sosnovka Park in Saint Petersburg. Visiting St. Petersburg in winter is a magical experience. Playing snowballs or walking in the parks or skating on numerous skating rinks (many of those are free!) are just the beginning of the list of incredible winter activities you may get involved in.
In this video, I am going to walk in the popular park of Sosnovka in Saint Petersburg Russia in the wintertime. You will see local people walking and playing and the real snow, lots of snow that shining brightly and slowly falling and covering everything.
Winter in Saint Petersburg and across the whole of Russia is a special time of the year, which everyone should experience once in life.

This is Christmas in Saint Petersburg Russia | The Russian Way! ????????
Celebrating Christmas in Saint Petersburg Russia feels a little like entering a wintery, parallel world.
Instead of celebrating on 25th December, the Russians celebrate Christmas on January 7th. Instead of Father Christmas, the Russians have Father Frost as their festive figurehead. Instead of going gliding on troika rides, people here go on one-horse open sleighs, drink vodka and eat Russian caviar.
The city’s beautiful churches and cathedrals are topped with colorful domes instead of spires✨. Top buildings and streets are well decorated. Christmas trees???? are in place all over St. Petersburg. Frozen canals, fresh snowflakes, and Christmas lights together with amazing street artists and a Russian Christmas Market is a delight for your eyes.
But the best part is the positive vibes, energy, and smiles of the Russian people when walking around the city. The people along with the local atmosphere can really touch your soul and make your day, even during this never-ending ongoing global pandemic.
In essence, both Russia and the West celebrate Christmas, but in largely different ways! Based on my experience, the main difference is the attitude towards the religious holiday, all the rest is pretty similar.
In this video, which is my very first video on this channel, I am going to show you how people in Saint Petersburg have spent this day. Watch this video and feel the vibes of Russia's Northern Capital.????
