The trip to Sonneberg:
Welcome back. In the past I have heard many positive things about it to visit the town Sonneberg at the other federal state of Germany Thuringia. As I arrived the main station I thought this stay will become great, but I experienced more and over the opposite. I don`t want to say Sonneberg is a bad town, and not good to see. No but many streats were empty, the city park was full with trash and on the floor and over this, the church was closed. Over this, the people which live in this town were very unfriendly to me as I ask their to the right way. Generelly Sonnebeg is a kind of mix between morth franconian architecture and building style from the middle part of Germany especially from the forest of Thuringia. Since 1990, Sonneberg and Thuringia is a free federal state and was before this year part of the german democratic republic (GDR). As you visit the town, you can see and feel the spirit of the past east in the houses and communication of the citizens. But the rest of all what Sonneberg has happen were not bad, like the main place or the memorial place from falling people from the world war second behind the church. My opinien to visit Sonneberg is very critical. Its not a bad town, but something have to become better for partnerships with other towns or to get more tourists from Germany, Europe and the world.
The tour through the town:
Join me on a tour from the main station in the city and back to the station. After arriving I visitet the city park and ride with my bike up to the church Saint Peter. To my surprise the church was closed. The good new: Behind the church was a small memorial place for remember to the the falling people from the world war second. Other buildings of Sonneberg like the main place or the old play staff museum were also nice to see. By the way, the play staff museum, is part which Sonneberg is popular by people from other corners and countries. Sonneberg is also popular as a play staff town. For me, Sonneberg was always popular as the town in the forrest of Thuringia. But every trip has a surprise for himself.

Walking in KULMBACH / Germany ????????- Rainy Sunday Tour - 4K 60fps (UHD)
Kulmbach / Germany is a town in Franconia, Bavaria. The town is famous for Plassenburg Castle, for its sausages and (thanks to a large brewery) for its beer. There are a few other sights in the city center which we will visit on this walking tour.
We start our walk at the Dr.-Stammberger-Halle where events of the city mostly take place. Next we walk into the old town of Kulmbach but first uphill to the White Tower (Weißer Turm). It gets further up to the Red Tower (Roter Turm) and we can enjoy some view over Kulmbach. It's a rainy Sunday and few people are out in the street.
Our tour continues heading down to the center again where we see the Petrikirche. We stroll around some back alleys while heading towards the market square with the Townhall of Kulmbach and the Luitpoldbrunnen.
We check out a few of Kulmbach's pedestrian streets though with the shops closed on Sunday we eventually head to the Zinnsfelderbrunnen. So we get back to where we started, the Dr.-Stammberger-Halle, to end this tour of Kulmbach.

Exploring the Thüringa forest by car. The scary, the good and the ugly. (Germany)
Welcome to a new video. Today we make a tour to the forest of Thuringia for looking what it's happened to see there. You know me it's not my first stay trip to Thuringia, last year in July I have been at the small town Sonneberg. This trip was also rentable to create a vlog. In this video I went by car in the center of the forest of Thuringia. I saw a great ruined castle but also some bad things.
The trip at the Forest of Thuringia:
I went by car in the center of the forest of Thuringia. First of the Forest of Thuringia is like the Black Forest and the Franconian Switzerland a low mountain trail in Germany. I start my tour in front of a high railway bridge. After some time, spending in my car, I came to the village Rauenstein. In the past I have heard about the village and its ruined castle Rauenstein. I made a kind of hiking tour to the historic discovery. Some kilometers far away in the landscape you can see the old wall which was in the past the tower. Around the tower where some old walls where for many years the forest was growing. I must saw it was one of my best visits ever at a ruined castle.
But the forest of Thuringia has also a downside. The villages where lost and all shops there where currently closed. I walked a half an hour at the next village at Rauenstein but the feeling of a town with no people were very sad. At the end of the trip, I returned to the bridge where the railway crosses the valley.
About the Thuringia Forest and the ruined castle Rauenstein:
At the middle part of Germany there is a low mountain range with the highest mountain Großer Beerberg. The region at and around the forest is the federal state Thuringia with its capital Erfurt. The low mountain range has not a high level of villages. At the village Rauenstein there is a rest of a, castle which was in the past part of the noble family Schaumberger.
The noble family built this castle around 1349 (middle age) as a symbol of their own.
In the 30-world war the castle was destroyed and a few years after the end a new castle at Rauenstein was built what was the reason for the decay. Many centuries later in 1990 the ruined castle was sanitized which gave the castle the today's form. According to stories from the citizen of Rauenstein, ghosts from the Schaumberger came back to their old home at night. To be at night up at this old place is definitely a very scary experience.
The federal state Thuringia is also part of the past GDR (German- Democratic-Republic).
My tip for you, use the service of Google Maps to find the village Rauenstein and its ruined castle.

Sommer in der Stadt/ Feste in Sonneberg 2021
Hallo ihr Lieben, wir begrüßen euch zum neuen Video.
Diesmal dreht es sich um Feste in der Stadt Sonneberg 2021. Da das Sonneberger Vogelschießen erneut abgesagt werden musste, hat sich die Stadt einen Ersatz einfallen lassen. Sommer in der Stadt lautet das Motto. Es gibt einzelne Veranstaltungen mit Schaustellern, Musik und Künstlern. Eröffnung war am 3.7.21 auf dem Pikoplatz mit dem Herofeet Linedance-Club, am 7.7. gab es im Stadtpark unter anderem mit dem Zauberkünstler Phantaro und aich die Akademie der Kinder der Weltspielzeugstadt Sonneberg war mit Angeboten vor Ort.
