Hello guys. In this video, I bring to you a very nice city walk through Rosenthaler Platz, Haus Schwarzenberg and Hackescher Markt in Mitte, Berlin. Rosenthaler Platz is one of the Berlin hotspots. Around it, fancy restaurants, hip cafés, and classy bars line up, inviting guests to dine and drink in close proximity to the landmarked subway station Rosenthaler Platz and Volkspark am Weinbergsweg.
Haus Schwarzenberg it's a place of history, culture and art. Haus Schwarzenberg is home to a variety of facilities - artists' studios, art-house cinema, memorials, bar and galleries. There you can find also the Anne Frank Center. Millions of people around the world know the diary of Anne Frank. Anne Frank was born in Frankfurt am Main in 1929 to Jewish parents. Her family fled from the Nazis to Amsterdam in 1933. After German troops invaded the Netherlands, Anne Frank and her family hid in an Amsterdam backhouse from 1942 to 1944. It was there that Anne Frank wrote her world-famous diary. After the betrayal of their hiding place, Anne Frank and her family were deported. Anne Frank died in the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp in 1945 at the age of 15. Through the publication of her diary, Anne Frank has become a symbol for millions of Jews who fell victim to the Nazis' racist policy of extermination.

The huge and busy Mitte is the central district of Berlin, where you will find the Brandenburg Gate and the art institutions of the Museum Island, as well as the Hauptbahnhof central railway station and the vast Tiergarten park. The elegant avenues, such as Unter den Linden, and the squares, such as the Gendarmenmarkt, are known for their restored pre-war buildings. The Hackescher Markt area has modern stores and cafés in a series of labyrinthine patios. Mitte has always cultivated its own distinctive character.
