Nordrhein-Westfalens größte Stadt Köln hat 2019 rund 23 Millionen Euro mit Bußgeldern eingenommen und Deutschlands berühmtester Blitzer am Bielefelder Berg machte Fotos im Wert von 6,5 Millionen Euro. Was kosten welche Vergehen und wo fließen die Gelder überhaupt hin? Geht es allein um die Verkehrssicherheit oder sind Blitzer auch Geldmacherei? Und wann droht der Haken?
Daniel Aßmann schleppt in Ausgerechnet - Bußgelder Falschparker ab, geht mit einem Mitarbeiter der Verkehrsüberwachung auf Knöllchen-Jagd, ist bei der Wartung einer Blitzeranlage dabei und trifft sich mit einem Verkehrsanwalt, um zu klären, wann kann es sich lohnen kann, gegen eine Geldbuße oder sogar Punkte in Flensburg rechtlich vorzugehen. Außerdem trifft Daniel in den Niederlanden auf künstliche Intelligenz, die Handysünder am Steuer entlarvt, und macht den Vergleich: Sind die Bußgelder in Deutschland im internationalen Vergleich zu lasch?

Boom (Belgie) aan de Rupel
Vandaag maakten we een wandeling van maar liefst 16 km. Dat was lang geleden , normaal doen we er een 10 tal.
We vertrokken in Boom, langs de Rupel en wandelden zo naar Terhagen waar we een klein bezoekje brachten. Maar het begon te regenen en te hagelen, dus eventjes geschuild om terug de dijk op te wandelen naar Rumst. Daar gingen we eentje drinken. We wandelden verder en kwamen aan het Herenbeemdenpark . Vandaar zagen we de blauwe fietsbrug liggen en gingen een kijkje nemen. Die staken we over. In de verte zagen we de Romboutstoren van Mechelen pronken. We gingen de brug af en kwamen zo in een prachtig overstromingsgebied. Daar namen we richting Klein Willebroek. Daar aangekomen namen we de veerboot naar Boom. Onze lange wandeling zat erop voor vandaag. We hebben genoten van al die prachige uitzichten . Gaan jullie mee op wandel?

Today, we took a walk of no less than 16 km. That was a long time ago, normally we do about 10.
We started in Boom, along the Rupel and walked to Terhagen where we paid a little visit. But it started to rain and hail, so we took shelter for a while and walked back up the dike to Rumst. There we went for a drink. We walked on and arrived at the Herenbeemdenpark. From there we saw the blue cycling bridge and went to take a look. We crossed it. In the distance we saw the Rombouts tower of Mechelen. We left the bridge and entered a beautiful flood area. There we took the direction of Klein Willebroek. Having arrived there we took the ferry to Boom. Our long hike was over for today. We enjoyed all those beautiful views. Are you coming along for the hike?

Dit gebouw van een waterbedijf is verlaten in 2003. Er heeft nadien tot 2007 nog een importbedrijf in teakmeubelen gezeten.
Waar kan je fietsen als een trein?
Gistel biedt ruimte voor rust, heerlijke fietsen en historische sites. Je kan je inleven in het molenaarsleven op de Oostmolensite, de geschiedenis van de heilige Godelieve ontdekken in Abdij Ten Putte en fietsen langs een oude spoorlijn. A antuerpia é uma cidade portuária, localizada as margens do rio Escalda. Com cerca de 510 mil habitantes, e o holandês como língua oficial, é uma cidade pouco conhecida pelos brasileiros.
O nome antuerpia, ou Antwerpen em holandês significa arremessar uma mao. A historia é de uma antiga lenda, em que havia um gigante chamado Antigoon, e morava em um castelo na beira do rio. Para cruzar o rio era necessário pagar um pegagio, e quem não pagasse, tinha a mao amputada e jogada no rio, até um soldado desafiou o gigante e o aplicou o mesmo castigo, nascendo assim a cidade de antuerpia.
Devido a localização no centro do continente, antuerpia abriga o segundo maior porto do mundo, atras apenas do porto de Roterdan na Holanda.
Antuerpia é tida como a capital mundial dos diamantes, por ser o maior polo de lapidação de diamantes do mundo, onde cerca de 80% do mercado global é comercializado na cidade.
Outra curiosidade, a famosa marca de bolsas e malas, Kipling, nasceu em 1987na cidade.
Essa é a praça Grote Markt, onde fica o prédio da prefeitura da cidade. No centro da praça esta localizado a estatua do Brabo, o soltado que desafiou o gigante. Nesta região da cidade também estão diversos cafés, restaurantes e lojas.

Third and last part of my 60km trip around the rivers Dijel, Rupel and Schelde.
Last part starts ojn the ferry in Bazel to Hemiksem.
the crossing and embarking is 4x the normal speed to .... speed it up a little.
From Hemiksem we follow the Schelde and afterwards the Rupel until after the mouth of the Dijle where the Rupel becomes the Nete.
We cross that using one of the blue bridges (the second one goes over the Dijle just a few 100m further.
Ans we end at the mouth of the small creek Vrouwevliet.
Since al these rivers are tidal rivers and it was low tide, the water level is rather low :)
