Casa de licitatii Artmark (ce are ca sediu de expunere Palatul Cesianu Racovita) a organizat un eveniment special cu oazia Zilei Nationale Constantin Brancusi (19 februarie 2022). Cu aceasta ocazie se putea vizita interiorul palatului unde se pot admira exponatele expuse spre vanzare sau licitiatie precum si arhitectura si design-ul interior al palatului.
Evenimentul continua si astazi (20 februarie 2022) ziua cand va fi lansat acest clip.

Recunoscut drept cel mai important broker din România de artă plastică de patrimoniu și contemporană, artă decorativă, bijuterii, bibliofilie, real estate pentru case de patrimoniu și obiecte de colecție, activitatea Artmark se împarte atât în vânzări publice, cât și vânzări private.
Artmark este a patra cea mai veche casă de licitație din România, după Alis, care a fost înființată imediat după 1989, urmată în 2002 de Monavissa, care în 2008, în urma unor divergențe de interese, se scindează și unul dintre parteneri formează Goldart, iar în 2005 apare Casa Pogany, care rezistă pe piață până în 2007. La ora actuală, Artmark este liderul licitațiilor din România cu 80%[1] cotă de piață[2].
Activitatea Artmark are loc în cadrul Palatului Cesianu-Racoviță, un cunoscut monument arhitectural al Bucureștiului începutului de secol XX, ce atrage anual mii de turiști și iubitori de frumos.

Despre Palatul Cesianu-Racovita:
Palatul Cesianu-Racoviță, cu o suprafață de 1.500 m², compus din trei corpuri, cu două etaje, un balcon interior care dă în sala principală, subsol și o curte interioară[1], a fost construit în perioada 1892 - 1902 și este situat în centrul Bucureștiului, pe strada C.A. Rosetti (Clemenței) nr.5, aflându-se în vecinătatea unor importante repere culturale bucureștene, cum ar fi: Ateneul Român, Biblioteca Centrală Universitară, Muzeul de Artă al României și vis a vis de Muzeul Theodor Aman.
Palatul a fost proiectat de către arhitectul de origine franceză Jules Berthet la inițiativa lui Nicolae Cesianu, un deputat originar din Oltenia. Nicolae Cesianu era unul dintre fii lui Stănuță Cesianu, nepot al lui Iancu Jianu, care din boier devenise un mic haiduc. Una din fiicele lui Cesianu s-a căsătorit cu Alexandru Racoviță fapt care a dus la numele dublu al palatului. Familia Cesianu mai avea dealtfel patru reședințe în București dintre care una a devenit sediul Academiei Române.

Centrul istoric este un cartier din Constanța, fără existanță administrativă, limitat de strada Duca, bulevardul Mamaia și prelungirea Bucovinei. Corespunde cu întinderea Constanței în 1900. Cuprinde „Peninsula” unde este concentrată toată istoria antică și medievală a orașului. Aceasta este în mod curent socotită ca înglobând partea din Constanța situată între mare, bd. Ferdinand, strada Mihai Viteazu și strada Termelor, perimetru care corespunde cu orașul antic Tomis, cu cetatea bizantină Constantiniana și cu localitatea otomană Küstence (Chiustenge).
Aici se află vestigiile arheologice antice (printre care marele edificiu cu mozaic), mediavale (temeliile farului zis „Genovez”, precum și cele mai vechi construcții și monumente moderne din oraș (sec. XIX și XX) cum sunt cea mai veche biserică ortodoxă din oraș „Schimbarea la față”, cea mai veche biserică romano-catolică „Sf. Anton de Padova”, cea mai veche geamie „Hünkiyâr Cami”, cea mai veche sinagogă (pe str. C.A.Rosetti, azi părăginită), fosta primărie care adăpostește Muzeul de Istorie și Arheologie, statuia lui Ovidiu, Muzeul de Sculptură „Ion Jalea”, edificiul Cazinoului, Acvariul, „Amiralitatea” (comandamentul forțelor navale) și multe alte mărturii arhitectonice din istoria orașului, din păcate unele în paragină.

In clipul de astăzi am vizitat pentru prima data Palatul Parlamentului din București, a treia cea mai mare clădire administrativǎ pentru uz civil ca suprafață din lume, cea mai scumpǎ clădire administrativă din lume și cea mai grea clădire din lume.
E cu adevărat impresionant, cu siguranță genul de loc care trebuie văzut măcar o datǎ în viațǎ. Toate vizitele sunt ghidate așadar aveți șansa sa aflați toate detaliile.
