Voda, ki se izteka v ribnik je izvirska voda in izvira v jami Steska. Voda je izredno čista in hladna. Poleti in tudi pozimi drži konstantno temperaturo +10°C.
Ker pa je voda sveža in čista, so takšne tudi ribe, ki plavajo v njej.

I visited Rače Castle. In January. Then by chance, I found a cute Street Caffee cafe! They have vegan coffee! Amazing!
Rače castle (Kranichsfeld) is located south of Maribor. The village of Rače was first mentioned in 1240 (villa Rats). Rače castle was rebuilt between 1528-1533, it was surrounded by a high dike and secured by a water ditch. It has changed many aristocratic owners. In the 19th century a pharmacy plant was established near the castle. Recently the castle has been entirely restored. In the castle there is a chapel and a white (wedding) hall.

Slivnica, Slovenia 2018
Slivnica is a peak in the Dinaric Alps in Slovenia. It's elevation is 1,114 metres and is located on the southeast of Cerknica on the edge of the plain defined by Lake Cerknica. In this video my hike stops at the meadow just 10 minutes away from it's highest peak, Velika Slivnica (Big Slivnica). Unfortunately I do not have footage of Velika Slivnica however the view here will surely take your breath away.
A karst cave below the summit of Slivnica, known as Witches' Cave (Coprniška jama) was described by Valvasor in his The Glory of the Duchy of Carniola (1689) as a hole where storms were made. Warm air rises from the cave in the cold winter months and condenses to form mist, a phenomenon that contributed to the creation of the local legend about the Slivnica witches, traditionally blamed for all misfortune by local farmers from hail storms to various ailments (Wikipedia).
