Pakadajhar waterfall is located at Khajuripada block in Kandhamal. And one of the famous waterfalls in the Kandhamal district. This is a beautiful picnic spot in Kandhamal dist.
This video is information about Kandhamal district of Odisha is situated in the southern part of Odisha. The best time to Visit Phulbani is in between November to February end.
Locals demanded the administration renovate the site and provide it with a #tourist tag.
Similarly, there are many beautiful waterfalls in Phulbani that are waiting to be identified and renovated for public use. One of them is the Kurmungia waterfall.
You can do a picnic there. But you should come back to Phulbani Town before sunset because there is no light facility on some of the spots.

Phulbani | Kandhamal | Odisha Tourism
Phulbani is a municipal and administrative headquarters of Kandhamal district.
It is named after the woman 'Phooldei' who was sacrificed by the local residents as a religious ritual for Mother Earth.
Phulbani ki average height is 485 meters.
It is located 211 km from Bhubaneswar, the capital of Odisha and 165 km from Berhampur, the major city of South Odisha.
The nearest railway station Rairakhol is about 100 km from here. The area around Phulbani has a variety of flora and fauna.
It is a place surrounded by hills and has many small and big waterfalls around it. The Kataramal waterfall is located at a distance of about 31 km from the most spectacular Phulbani.
Putudi Falls, a hot spot among the locals is located at a distance of about 18 km from Phulbani.
The Pakkajhar Falls is located at a distance of about 3–5 km from Sudrakumpa, a small village located 19 km from the main city of Phulbani.
Last but not least, is the Urmgarh waterfall, which is close to 21 km from Phulbani. Phulbani is surrounded by the Saluni River.
As of 2011 India census, Phulbani had a population of 37,371.
Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%.
Phulbani has an average literacy rate of 76%, higher than the national average of 74.5%: male literacy is 83%, and female literacy is 68%. In Phulbani, 12% of the population is under 6 years of age.
The city has a government college for Intermediate undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
Along with this, there are technical institutes like Government ITI, Polytechnic College and Biju Patnaik Institute of Technology. Recently Kendriya Vidyalaya has been established in Phulbani
Phulbani has many places to visit within the city, some of which are Jagannath temple, newly opened science park etc.

Urmagada Waterfalls at Phulabani, Odisha
Urmagada Waterfalls at Phulabani (Odisha) is just 28 kilometer from Phulabani Town. It is one of the best places for touring with family and friends after rainy days; basically in winter.
If you visit after rainy days(during october to january) you can enjoy the water full of stream there.
Other waterfalls nearby Phulabani is Putudi and Pakada Jhara.
