Overall it was a weekend filled with art, culture, history, good food & drink...all the things we love & enjoy. Hopefully you do too!

Peterborough is less than 2 hours from Toronto Ontario and is popular in summer but amazing in winter. I visited Peterborough restaurants in January during a snowstorm and got to know the city like a local.
Much thanks to Peterborough & the Kawarthas for partnering with me on this foodie program. I researched all the places I wanted to visit with help from locals on Facebook, Reddit and friends I knew who lived there. I wanted to know what is it like to live in Peterborough and I can say its amazing all year round. Sure it's a famous cottage country in Ontario with its incredible provincial parks, lakes, canoeing and cycling. But winter is wonderful too and worth visiting to avoid the crowds and learn what makes this community a little bit different.
