Shopnopuri Artificial Amusement Park is an artificial spot for tourists situated in Dinajpur district of Rangpur division in Bangladesh.
There are rides, a artificial & a mini zoo, few rest-house, many garden, lakes, central picnic center and countless shopping areas. Other tourist locations include Fish World, ‘Rongdhonu’ Art Gallery, and ‘Moha Maya Indrojal’.
Fish World offers artificial fishes and various wet animals. The Animal Kingdom is filled with artificial statues of some animals like flamingos, dinosaurs, Pegasus and many more. ‘Rongdhonu’ Art Gallery has a variety of sculptures and paintings. At ‘Moha Maya Indrojal’, there is magic. And there is a variety of animals. It is a popular site for picnics.

Famous place .Dinajpur District (rangpur division) area 3437.98 sq km , located in between 25°10' and 26°04' north latitudes and in between 88°23' and 89°18' east longitudes. Population Total 2642850; male 1363892, female 1278958; Muslim 2057030, Hindu 521925, Buddhist 27996, Christian 1093 and others 34806. Indigenous communities such as santals, oraon, Mahali, Malpahari, Kol' belong to this upazila.'
Water bodies jamuna, Tulsiganga, punarbhaba and atrai rivers are notable.
Administration Dinajpur district was established in 1786. Its previous name was Ghoraghat district. Various parts of the districts were included in Purnia, Rangpur and rajshahi districts at different times during 1833 to 1870. Thakurgaon and Panchagarh Sub-divisions of this district were turned into independent districts in 1984. Among the 13 upazilas under this district birganj is the biggest (413 sq km); it covers 12.01% of the total area of the district.

বাংলাদেশের সর্ব বৃহৎ ও প্রাচিন রেল জংশন গুলোর মধ্যে দিনাজপুরের পার্বতীপুর রেলওয়ে জংশন অন্যতম। চলুন এক ঝলন দেখে আসি সেই রেল জংশনের উপর আমার তৈরি করা একটি শর্ট ডকুমেন্টারি সাথে জেনে আসি কিছু প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য। আরও এমন ভিডিও পেতে এই চ্যানেলটি সাবস্ক্রাইব করে রাখেবন আর ভালো লাগলে লাইক, কমেন্ট ও শেয়ার করতে ভুলবেন না। ধন্যবাদ।
দেশে এই প্রথম চলবে ব্রডগেজ (বড়) লাইনের ১৪০ কিলোমিটার গতিসম্পন্ন আধুনিক ট্রেন। এ জন্য ৫০টি কোচ আনা হচ্ছে ইন্দোনেশিয়া থেকে। এর ১৫টি দুই-এক দিনের মধ্যেই এসে পৌঁছাবে দেশের বৃহত্তম সৈয়দপুর রেলওয়ে কারখানায়।
রেলওয়ে সূত্রে জানায়, ইন্দোনেশিয়ার রাষ্ট্রীয় মালিকানাধীন রেল ক্যারেজ (কোচ) নির্মাণ প্রতিষ্ঠান পিটি ইন্ডাস্ট্রি কেরেতা এপি (ইনকা) ওই কোচগুলো তৈরি করেছে। ইন্দোনেশিয়ার ওই প্রতিষ্ঠান বাংলাদেশের জন্য এরই মধ্যে ২৫০টি কোচ নির্মাণ করেছে। যার ২০০টি মিটারগেজ (ছোট) ও ৫০টি ব্রডগেজ (বড়) লাইনের। ব্রডগেজ লাইনের ৫০টি কোচ আমদানিতে ব্যয় ধরা হয়েছে ২১৩ কোটি টাকা। আর প্রতিটি কোচের গড় দাম পড়েছে প্রায় পাঁচ কোটি টাকা।
আধুনিক ও দ্রুতগতিসম্পন্ন ওই কোচের পুরো চালান দেশে এসে পৌঁছালে তা দিয়ে চালানো হবে বেশকটি ট্রেন। অত্যন্ত পুরোনো কোচ দিয়ে যেসব আন্তনগর ট্রেন চলছে, সেসবে প্রতিস্থাপন হবে ওই কোচগুলো। আগামী তিন মাসের মধ্যে কোচগুলো ব্যবহার হবে নতুনভাবে ট্রেন বহরে। তবে কোন রুটে গতিময় ট্রেনের সেবা দেওয়া হবে, সে বিষয়ে এখন পর্যন্ত কোনো সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়নি।
