The town of Panciu in the county of Vrancea in Romania lies on the river Şuşiţa, in the southern part of Western Moldavia, 30 km (19 mi) northwest of Focșani. It has a population of approximately 7,600. It administers five villages: Crucea de Jos, Crucea de Sus, Dumbrava, Neicu and Satu Nou.
The town is located in the east-central part of the county, on the banks of the Șușița River. The region is famous for its white wines but also for its sparkling wines (white, red and rosé).(source: wikipedia)

Vrancea este ţara minunilor naturii, locul unde se unesc Moldova, Muntenia și Transilvania și unde s-a născut balada Miorița.
În Vrancea se găsesc frumuseți naturale care îți taie respirația, cum sunt și cei șapte munți despre care legenda spune că domnitorul Ștefan cel Mare i-a dăruit babei Vrâncioaia ca răsplată pentru că și-a trimis feciorii să adune oaste și să lupte alături de el.
Aceste plaiuri sunt renumite pentru meșteșugul viei și vinului, dar Vrancea este și tărâmul de necontestat al transhumanței, unde se mai păstrează încă tradiții ancestrale, cum ar fi Chipărușul sau meșteșugul realizării măștilor populare.

Known for its culture, history, gastronomy and its diverse architecture, which includes its much iconic houses with eyes that gave Sibiu its nickname, the city has been getting much attention since the beginning of the 21st century. In 2004, its historical center has begun the process of becoming a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Sibiu was designated the European Capital of Culture in 2007. One year later, it was ranked Europe's 8th-most idyllic place to live by Forbes. In 2019, Sibiu was named the European Region of Gastronomy. Sibiu will host the European Wandering Capital event in 2021, the most important tourist wandering event in Europe. A European Union summit was hosted by the city in 2019.
????Much of the city's aspect is due to its position, easily defensible, but allowing horizontal development. The old city of Sibiu lies on the right bank of the Cibin River, on a hill situated at about 200 m from the river. It consists of two distinct entities: the Upper Town and the Lower Town. Traditionally, the Upper Town was the wealthier part and commercial outlet, while the Lower Town served as the manufacturing area.

Astăzi am fost invitat de prietenii de la Auchan să degust o selecție de vinuri din cadrul târgului, plus un platou de brânzeturi fine, numai bune în combinație cu această selecție. Partea cea mai grea a fost că a trebuit să-mi aleg 4 sticle dintr-un total de peste 330 de sortimente, așa că a fost o misiune dificilă.
După aproape 20 de minute am ales un vin roșu de la Cramele Purcari (Republica Moldova), un roze de la Gramma (România), o sticlă de vin alb de la Chateau Vartely (Republica Moldova) și în final un vin spumant de la Domeniile Panciu (România). Acum că v-am spus ce vin am ales să trecem la ce este cel mai important, mâncarea, o selecție de brânzeturi (parmesan, gorgonzolla, brie și camembert).
Atât pot să vă spun în scris pentru că vă las să vă vizionanați cel mai nou episod, și dacă nu ai un pahar cu vin lângă tine, dă-i fuguța până la Auchan pentru că târgul ține până în 5 octombrie.
