Camping Pezdirc Griblje - river Kolpa
- Campsite Pezdirc is located in the village Griblje, 4 km away from village Gradec and 10 km from towns Metlika and Crnomelj. It lays on the banks of Kolpa , just before the Slovenian – Croatian border. It is located on the banks of river Kolpa which is offering refreshment in summer.
Camping in Griblje is possible on soft meadow along river Kolpa. It is best suitable for campers with tents. Camping Griblje is offering large place for picnic and social events, they will even support you with needed logistics and organization. It can be larger families, companies or even weddings.
River Kolpa is great for various activities, while neighborhood is appropriate for exploring with bike or on foot. At the bathing place Griblje you can go swimming in the river, fishing or rowing (you can rent a canoe).
From the sports infrastructure you can choose between volleyball, badminton, football and table football.
In bar Breg (at the bathing place) free wireless internet is accessible. Shop is about 3km from the campsite (Podzemelj). Close by it is possible to rent an apartment as well (10 min walk away).

River Kolpa - Slovenia
- On the south eastern part of Slovenia along the Kolpa river one can find 11 camps. Editorial board of the portal decided to visit all of them and check their offers and novelties that they might be preparing for the coming season. Kolpa is currently not enough warm for swimming, but in the summer when most of the people visit it, warms up to 27 degrees. It is favorite to fishermen and lovers of the water sports, among others rowing with canoes, kayaks or rafts.

Camping Katra - Vinica - river Kolpa
- Camp Katra is located in the city of Vinica, mostly known for its famous Slovenian poet, Oton Župančič. You will find it 100m before the Slovenian – Croatian state border, where you have to turn left, towards the Kolpa river.
Katra is arranged in the heart of untouched nature, just next to Slovenian warmest river Kolpa. It is possible to camp in a arranged meadow, sanitary facilities are arranged, but would need to be renovated.

Flooded Waters in Slovenia: Geoengineering or Climate Change - The Most Dangerous Floods in History
Unleashed by unrelenting rains, raging waters surged through northern and central Slovenia on August 4, 2023, following a sustained downpour that commenced on August 3. This catastrophic event stands as the most formidable natural disaster ever recorded in Slovenia's history. The Republic of Slovenia Environment Agency (ARSO) reported the brunt of the impact in the foothills of the Julian Alps, stretching from Idrija to the Ljubljana Basin and onward to Carinthia, where an astounding 150 to 200 liters per square meter of rainfall inundated the land. ARSO's red alerts spanned northeastern, northwestern, and central Slovenia due to extended rainfall, remaining in effect until midnight on August 4. The repercussions are staggering, as two-thirds of the Slovenian territory bear witness to the devastation, with infrastructural pillars like roads, energy grids, and residences taking the heaviest blow. Initial estimates indicate a cataclysmic cost exceeding 500 million euros.
As the torrents raged, several communities and vital transportation arteries in North Primorska, Upper Carniola, and Carinthia bore the brunt of the fury. Torrential deluges transformed tranquil waterways in Idrija, Cerkljansko, and Škofja Loka into churning torrents, breaching their banks with raw force. Responding to this calamity, the National Flood Protection and Rescue Plan was swiftly activated. A grim reminder of the world's changing climate, Slovenia witnessed intensified rainfall during late July, precipitating these floods and triggering significant river overflows that engulfed the nation from Thursday night, August 3, to Friday, August 4. The initial torrents surged through Upper Carniola and the Soča Valley around 8:00 PM on August 3, while ARSO, in an urgent gesture, also warned about the looming threat of sea flooding. These harrowing events bear a striking resemblance to past floods in 1990, 1998, and 2004, serving as potent reminders of the ever-increasing impact of climate change on our world.

Plaža Pasjača je ena najlepših na svetu. ???? Razgledna točka nad Dubrovnikom. ????❤️ 22. in 23. dan
Čeprav gre moje potovanje proti koncu, je še vedno zelo zanimivo. V bistvu je pred mano predvsem pot domov na kateri je bilo veliko lepih stvari. Najbolj zanimiva je bila plaža Pasjača.
Na poti domov sem se peljal čez zanimivo mesto Kotor, ki se nahaja v Kotorskem zalivu. Tudi pot čez Kotorski zaliv je bila zanimiva.
Na kratko sem se ustavil v mestu Perast v katerem sem bil par let nazaj.
V videoposnetku sem tudi uporabil par let stare dron videoposnetke otokov Sveti ĐorĐe in Škrpjelska Gospa.
Na mejnem prehudi Črna Gora - Hrvaška je bila malo gneča. Ampak je nekako minilo.
Na poti sem se najbolj veselil ogleda plaže Pasjača. Plaža Pasjača se nahaja na seznamu 50-tih najlepših plaž na svetu. Do plaže vodi spektakularna pot. Plaža pa je res nekaj posebnega. Kako lepa je boste videli v videoposnetku.
Odpravil sem se tudi na goro Srđ od koder je najlepši pogled na Dubrovnik.
Na poti domov pa sem se tudi zapeljal čez Pelješački most.
