Trivia: As I mentioned in this video, I went to Onsen or hot spring after shooting this video. They have a nice napping area where I slept an hour or so after taking a bath. Then I went into the bath again before I left for home. Taking a bath several times and taking a nap in between is a typical way to enjoy Onsen. If you stay long enough to be hungry, they have restaurants inside too.????

I can't describe how amazing this day was visiting Odawara Castle in the city of Odawara in the kanagawa prefecture of Japan. The castle was amazing to be able to go inside and then be outside on top of it and to see the walls gates and just enjoy some Japanese history.

Today, we explore Odawara City, Kanagawa, an area famous for its magnetic castle and production of the Japanese food kamaboko, aka fish paste cakes. After exploring the historical Japanese castle, Shizuka gets suited up to make her own kamaboko (steamed fish paste) and chikuwa (grilled fish paste on a stick).
Along with kamaboko, Odawara is full of super fresh seafood to sample! Shizuka faces one of the most unique foods the byFood team has come across, and she will probably never look at squid quite the same way…
