Best Way To See Mount Fuji: Mishima Sky Walk Japan Travel Guide | 三島スカイウォーク・日本最長の吊り橋

Mishima Sky Walk is now the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in Japan. From the suspension bridge, you can see one of the best views of Mount Fuji in my opinion.

The Mishima Sky Walk Bridge is located in Mishima city, Shizuoka prefecture in Japan.
To get here it's around a 2 hour car ride from Tokyo or you can take the bus from JR Mishima Station. (around 25 mins)

Mishima Sky Walk opened on December 14, 2015 so it is still very new and still not well-known amongst foreigners! (Which is such a shame because this place offers an amazing view of Mt Fuji and Suruga Bay)

Opening hours:
Open 365 days (Admission may be restricted in bad weather ie. thunder, strong winds)
9am-5pm (Last admission is at 4:30)

Price:
1000 yen for Adults
500 yen Secondary School
200 yen Primary School

Check out their English website for more details.

Are you an Outdoor Adventure or Outdoor Activity Lover? Then this place is for you!
From the title itself no wonder why I highly recommend this place to put on your bucket list if you are on outdoor adventure.
I give 10 stars for this place for strenuous activities, delicious food and many more. What you paid is what you get.
what I regret in going here is that we do nit have enough time for trying all those outdoor activities there, from ziplining, wall climbing, riding those two wheeled there. So if you decide to go there make sure you come up with outdoor outfit if you want to try those.

Nature Escape in Mishima: Riverside stroll and Skywalk adventure.????【JAPAN TRAVEL VLOG】

I visited Mishima, the city of water!
Now that the Japan Rail Pass has gone up in price, why not take a trip using the Seishun 18 Ticket?

The Seishun 18 Ticket is a set of five tickets that offer unlimited rides on JR local trains for one day each. ????That means you have 5 one-day unlimited rides tickets!
(Riding on limited express trains and Shinkansen trains are not allowed).
The price is 12,050 yen, so each ticket costs 2,410 yen.

For example, in the case of Mishima, where I visited this time, the round-trip ticket is 4,620 yen so you can go there for almost half the price. You can visit various places yourself or invite your friends to tag along!
If you don't use up all the tickets, you can sell them at a Kinken shop (ticket broker) in Shinjuku and other areas.

This ticket is very reasonable, but it is not available all year round. They are available during the summer, spring, and winter vacation periods. Refer to the following link for more information about the Seishun 18 Ticket.

If you're looking for an economical way to travel to Mishima when the Seishun 18 ticket is not available, I recommend taking the Odakyu line from Shinjuku to Odawara.

????About Green Tickets.
Unlike the Seishun 18 Ticket, the Green Ticket does not allow free boarding and disembarking from the train. Please be aware that the ticket becomes invalid once you exit the ticket gate.

Green cars on the Tokaido Line run until Atami and depending on the time of day, until Numazu. If you want to go to Mishima, please buy a green ticket to Atami because SUICA ticket vending machines only sell tickets until Atami.
