Lititz has so much to offer. From its small town feel with great shopping, local food and activities. Lititz has great holiday festivals, including the Fire and Ice festival, a craft festival, a July 4th spectacular and over Christmas it is just beautiful. All the stores have trees on the street and Lititz just lights up in Lancaster County.
Lititz is only 8 miles from Lancaster City and is a great drive from Hershey PA, Philadelphia PA, Harrisburg Pa, Baltimore Md and just a great location in Pennsylvania.

I still stand by this top 10 but plan on making a new top 10 each year : ) And, no, Miller's in not on here. Not because I have anything against them, but because we stuck to our regular places and didn't venture that far south. But I do plan on visiting them next chance I get:)

WHO ARE THE AMISH PEOPLE OF AMERICA?
One thing I love about the USA is the diversity. You can pretty much find people from all cultures, religions, traditions, and walks of life in this country of 330 million people.
One of the most interesting groups of people that I've come across is the AMISH. They are traditional Christian Anabaptists who originally have Swiss German roots, and settled (mostly) in Pennsylvania in the early 18th Century.
I went to Lancaster Country, PA today to learn all about their way of life, and it's fascinating! Have you ever heard of the Amish before?

Visiting Lancaster Pennsylvania is like a step back in time. Known for being Pennsylvania Dutch Country or Amish Country, Lancaster has much more to offer than just that. With its beautiful backdrop of picturesque rolling green hills, red-brick downtown, and big blue sky it’s easy to understand why Lancaster, PA is one of the oldest inland towns in the USA.

Lititz has so much to offer. From its small town feel with great shopping, local food and activities. Lititz has great holiday festivals, including the Fire and Ice festival in this video, a craft festival, a July 4th spectacular and over Christmas it is just beautiful. All the stores have trees on the street and Lititz just lights up in Lancaster County.
Lititz is only 8 miles from Lancaster City and is a great drive from Hershey PA, Philadelphia PA, Harrisburg Pa, Baltimore Md and just a great location in Pennsylvania.
Oh and did I mention It was voted the coolest small town in America out of almost 1000 small towns in the United States and so deserving.
Make sure you visit Olio, Bunyaad's, the pretzel factory (Sturgis), Wilbur Chocolates, the Wilbur Market place and the Lititz park, all within walking distance from one another.

Driving Maryland - Ferndale to Millersville via I-97 South
A drive from Ferndale, Maryland, USA to Millersville, Maryland, USA via Interstate 97 South.
Once upon a time, in the bustling town of Ferndale, Maryland, a merry band of adventurers embarked on a fantastic journey to the enchanting land of Millersville. Their trusty steed? None other than the legendary Interstate 97 South!
As they set forth on their quest, the road unfurled like a ribbon of asphalt through a lush countryside adorned with towering trees and rolling hills. Birds sang sweet melodies, and fluffy clouds danced overhead, casting playful shadows on the path below.
With each passing mile, the travelers encountered delightful sights and sounds, from quaint roadside diners serving up piping hot pancakes to fields of wildflowers swaying in the gentle breeze. Laughter echoed within the confines of their carriage as they regaled each other with tales of yore and shared in the joy of the open road.
But the journey was not without its twists and turns! Along the way, they encountered the mischievous traffic sprites, who, in their whimsical ways, caused the occasional bottleneck or slowdown. Yet, undeterred, our intrepid adventurers pressed on, their spirits buoyed by the promise of the treasures that awaited them in Millersville.
At long last, as the sun dipped low on the horizon, casting a golden hue over the landscape, they reached their destination. Millersville welcomed them with open arms, its streets lined with charming shops and friendly faces. And as they bid farewell to their trusty steed, Interstate 97 South, they knew that their whimsical journey had come to a close, but the memories of their adventure would live on forever in their hearts.
