Places to Visit in Bhutan Travel – Chhu aka Bhutan River
There are many beautiful Places To Visit in Bhutan when you travel to Thimphu, Bhutan. You can read more about it on my blog - Also lots of photos in my Vacation in Bhutan series.
The year was 2007/2008. If you are wondering what Things to do in Bhutan? This is one of the best Places to visit in Thimphu. Took this shot from a Lungtenzampa Bridge. It was cold and windy as it was winter. There is a folklore about this river, sometimes called the River of Romance.

Where is Bhutan?
Bhutan, officially the Kingdom of Bhutan, is a landlocked country in South Asia located at the eastern end of the Himalayas. It is bordered to the north by China and to the south, east and west by India. To the west, it is separated from Nepal by the Indian state of Sikkim, while further south it is separated from Bangladesh by the Indian states of Assam and West Bengal.
