Hey guys, Samuel and Audrey here, and today we’re taking you on a massive food tour of the beautiful seaside city of Halifax, Nova Scotia!
This summer, we had the chance to spend a week exploring Halifax in partnership with Tourism Nova Scotia and the cuisine was a real highlight.
Our quest for a taste of the Maritimes led us to all sorts of restaurants, breweries, distilleries, pubs and outdoor patios, and we’re going to be sharing them all in this video. We’ll dive into the seafood scene with dishes ranging from lobster roll to risotto with scallops, and seafood linguini to fusion maki rolls.
We’ll taste the beloved Halifax donair, which is the city’s must-try dish and a great street food snack. We’ll also visit a few different craft breweries, go on a sunset wine cruise, and do a spirit tasting inside the citadel.

Welcome to Halifax Nova Scotia ???????? Visit to find out more about our awesome downtown Halifax project happening this summer with Scotia Square!
We're back in our home city of Halifax. We're exploring the city upon our return and discovering all the new things that have happened since we were last here. We're discussing how Halifax might be becoming Canada's next best city. So much has changed and a lot of development has happened in the last couple of of years. Halifax also has the fastest growing downtown in all of Canada.
We walk along the busy waterfront area, stopping along the way. We've been to a lot of waterfronts in the world and Halifax definitely is one of the best. We make our way to the new Queen's Marque building where there are steps leading into the Halifax Harbour. We also stop and have brunch at a new French Cafe called Cafe Lunette.
After that we take a walk along Argyle Street which is a pedestrian only street in downtown Halifax with lots of restaurants and bars.
Lastly we head back to our downtown condo to give an update on our plans for the summer. We also open our YouTube Silver Play Button!
Lastly we give an update on a big project we're working on with Scotia Square to promote downtown Halifax. We'll be filming 44 short videos about the downtown, from fun things to do, to places to park, to museums and cultural events!
