Tailwinds Over Frederick flies to Lake Linganore! June 9, 2012
Another amazing sunrise flight with incredible steerage with the various altitudes. I live in Lake Linganore so I used the hills and valleys to stay out of the high winds at 200+ feet. We ended up doing our first splash and dash (where the basket touches the water gently and then moves on) as we were working calm winds to a perfect landing spot. What a beautiful and exciting flight~
