In 1974, it opened as the first National Government Park. The park covers a vast area of forest and offers opportunities for various outdoor activities.
The park's flowers are especially popular and draw crowds of visitors during the spring season.
The colorful flowers come in a variety of shades, including pink, red, and white.
The park's beautiful blooms and natural scenery make it a great place to spend a day enjoying the beauty of nature.
埼玉県比企郡滑川町と熊谷市にまたがる比企北丘陵にある国営公園「国営武蔵丘陵森林公園」は、304haと広大な丘陵地に整備され、東京ドームの約65倍の広さがあります。国の明治百年記念事業の一環として開設され、全国で初めての国営公園。園内には雑木林を中心に、池沼、湿地、草地など多様な環境を有しており、貴重な動植物が生育、生息する場所となっています。春から初夏にかけて咲くアイスランドポピーは、約70万本の広大な花畑を見せて新緑を背景に美し咲き誇ります。また、この時期には約4万本の「ルピナス」の花畑が見頃を迎えており色彩豊かな風景をつくり出している。さらに10万本が見せる一面ブルーに染まるネモフィラの花畑も見られる。また、公園内には遊歩道や自然散策路が整備されており、自然を身近に感じながら散策することができます。

埼玉の桜名所 5K Saitama japan Cherry blossoms Hanami spots, kumagaya Motoarakawa 元荒川の桜並木 熊谷桜堤
桜名所 元荒川の桜並木 熊谷桜堤(埼玉県/Saitama Japan)/I shot a video of the Kumagaya Sakura Tsutsumi in Kumagaya City, Saitama Prefecture, and the Motoara River Cherry Blossom Trees in Konosu City, which I wanted to visit once among the many cherry blossom viewing spots in Saitama Prefecture Japan.
Motoara River Cherry Blossom Trees (Kounosu City, Saitama Prefecture Japan)
This is a cherry blossom viewing spot with about 500 cherry blossom trees lined up on both banks of the Motoara River, which runs through the residential area near JR Fukiage Station, for about 2.5km.
There are plenty of places to see the cherry blossoms on the bank or on the promenade along the river, and there are 17 bridges of various sizes in the Fukiage area alone.
You can enjoy various landscapes depending on the season, such as a water mirror where flowers are reflected on the river surface when it is in full bloom, and a flower raft where the water surface is dyed pink.
Kumagaya Sakura Tsutsumi (Kumagaya City, Saitama Prefecture)
Kumagaya Sakura Tsutsumi, which has been certified as one of Japan's Top 100 Cherry Blossom Spots, has an amazing collaboration of about 500 Yoshino cherry trees that bloom over 2km on the bank of Arakawa and yellow canola blossoms that bloom close to each other.
This area was known as a famous place for cherry blossoms in the Edo period, but it overcame hardships such as death in the Meiji period and burning in the Taisho period.
When the Arakawa River was renovated in 1952, cherry trees were planted as part of the Kumagaya City 20th Anniversary Project, and it became the current Kumagaya Sakura Tsutsumi.

JR吹上駅付近の住宅街を流れる元荒川の両岸約2.5km区間に約500本の桜並木が続いているお花見スポットです。
土手の上や、または川沿いの遊歩道などの桜のビュースポットも豊富にあり、吹上地域だけでも大小様々な17本の橋も架けられています。
満開を迎えた時期に川面に花が映り込む水鏡の他、花びらが散ってから見ることができる花筏など、時期によって様々な風景を観賞できます。

日本さくら名所100選の地にも認定されている熊谷桜堤は、荒川の土手2kmにわたって咲く約500本のソメイヨシノと、寄り添うように咲く黄色い菜の花のコラボレーションが圧巻です。
江戸時代には桜の名所として知られておりましたが、明治期の枯死や大正期の焼失などの苦難を乗り越えて、昭和27年の荒川改修時に熊谷市・市制施行20周年事業の一環で桜の木が植樹され、現在の熊谷桜堤になりました。

Taiyoji is a temple in the mountains of Chichibu City, Saitama, where you can stay. We had a unique experience in a secret place where we couldn't watch TV or use our smartphone. We learned the spirit of Zen through copying and reading sutras. It was a very peaceful, calm and wonderful.

埼玉・本庄「マリーゴールドの丘公園」～ 輝く“お城”10万球のイルミネーション
上越新幹線「本庄早稲田駅」東側にある【マリーゴールドの丘公園】は、春～夏にシバザクラ・アジサイ・ヒマワリ、そして秋にはマリーゴールドが楽しめます。
2021年11月20日～今年も冬のイベント～イルミネーションが始まりました。
夕方5時から夜の10時まで毎日点灯し2022年1月16日まで楽しめます。
すぐそばに公園駐車場はありますが、満車の場合臨時駐車場として西隣のJA埼玉ひびきの駐車場が21：00までなら利用できます。

We got on the first run of SL Paleo Express in 2022.

小高い丘を覆いつくす河津桜 / 伊勢崎 河津桜の丘 - Kawazu Sakura in full bloom on a hill at Isesaki forest park (BMPCC6K)
今年もとうとう桜の季節が始まりました。今週末にも東京で桜(ソメイヨシノ)の開花発表がありそうです。ソメイヨシノより約１ヶ月程早く咲く河津桜。関東近辺では南伊豆や大井松田、更に三浦半島等の河津桜が有名ですが、今年は北関東(群馬県伊勢崎市)にある河津桜の隠れた名所、いせさき市民のもり公園の河津桜の丘を撮影して来ました。
今年は１月～２月がとても寒かったせいか、河津桜の開花はどこも平年より１週間から２週間遅れ。いせさき市民のもり公園の河津桜も今年は三月中旬にやっと見頃を迎えました。
公園内の小高い芝生の丘の南斜面を覆いつくす約130本の河津桜。まだ若い木々が多いですが丘の上全体がピンク色に染まり、他ではなかなかお目にかかれない見事な光景でした。
撮影した3月15日は平日にもかかわらず多くの花見客で賑い、早朝に降った雨と雨上がりの青空のおかげでピンク色の河津桜の美しさがより際立っていました。

2018 Chichibu Night Festival - Saitama - 秩父夜祭 - 4K Ultra HD
Also known as Chichibu Yomatsuri, the Chichibu Night Festival is the festival of the Chichibu Shrine in Chichibu. It’s just over 150 km away from central Tokyo and is considered as one of Japan’s top three festivals to feature both majestic floats and fireworks.
Taking place annually on the 3rd of December, the Chichibu Night Festival is an astonishing matsuri, with its climax taking place in the evening when kasaboko and yatai floats, weighing 10-20 tons each and lit up with countless lanterns, climbing up a steep slope with a mikoshi (portable shrine).

埼玉県 丸神の滝（日本の滝100選）と秩父地方の名瀑（秩父華厳の滝・子ノ神の滝） / Marugami Waterfalls ( Saitama, Japan )【癒しの水辺】
丸神の滝（まるがみのたき）は、埼玉県秩父エリアの奥地にある落差76mの滝で、「日本の滝100選」に選ばれています。
秩父地方を代表する滝の一つで、周辺は深い森に覆われており、秘境感が満喫できるハイキングスポットでもあります。
丸神の滝へのアクセスは、秩父の山あい（秩父郡小鹿野町）を通る県道367号を進むと「丸神の滝 駐車場」がありますので、そこから約15分ぐらい山道を歩くと滝つぼ付近に到着します。また滝と反対側（背後）にある山道をさらに登ると滝の全景が見渡せる展望地もあります。

秩父華厳の滝（ちちぶけごんのたき）は、落差12ｍの滝ですが、日光の華厳ノ滝と形が似ていることから、その名で呼ばれています。本家の華厳ノ滝と比べると、かなりスケールダウンしますが、静かな森の中で赤い岩盤を流れ下る小滝を見ると妙に癒されます。
秩父華厳の滝へのアクセスは、県道284号沿いに駐車場がありますので、そこから森の中へ続く遊歩道を歩いて5～10分ほど。入口には「秩父華厳の滝茶屋」もあり、休憩スポットとしてオススメです。

子ノ神の滝（ねのかみのたき）は、秩父盆地にある落差約13ｍのやや幅広の滝で、水量が多いときは大変迫力があります。近くにキャンプ場があり、滝つぼに至る遊歩道もよく整備されています。
子ノ神の滝へのアクセスは、秩父華厳の滝と同じ県道284沿いに位置し、正式な駐車場はありませんが、案内看板近くの空き地に駐車できます。遊歩道から階段で渓谷を降りれば滝つぼに至ります。

Yokoze town in Saitama prefecture is a stunning winter destination that boasts breathtaking icicles every January and February. The town is easily accessible from Ikebukuro station by Seibu express train, taking only an hour to reach this winter wonderland.
While these icicles are not entirely natural, they are a sight to behold, especially with the added beauty of the RGB lights that illuminate them. For a mere 500 yen, visitors can experience the stunning view of these artificial icicles, making it a cost-effective winter excursion.
The experience is further enhanced by the Seibu express train, which deliberately slows down when passing this location to allow passengers to take in the magical view through its vast windows. The icicles in Yokoze town are truly a unique and unforgettable sight, and I highly recommend making the trip to witness this stunning winter wonderland.
