Hanawa Bayashi has been handed down to the present day as the ``Festival Bayashi'' of Sakiwai Inari Shrine, located about 3.5 kilometers east of the city. It has been handed down under various names such as ``Hanawa Festival'', ``Inari Shrine Festival'', ``Honen Matsuri'', ``Honen Hanawa Festival'', and ``Hanawa Festival'', and music has been dedicated at the festival.
It is not clear when the musical accompaniment began to be dedicated at the festival of Sachi Inari Shrine, but some of the songs that have been handed down are said to have been handed down from the early Edo period or earlier. .
