冨士霊園（ふじれいえん）は、静岡県北東部にある公園墓地（霊園）で、「日本さくら名所100選」に選定されています。特に入口から一直線に続くメインストリートの桜並木は圧巻です。ストリートの途中には富士山を見られる場所もあり、雄大な富士山と壮観な桜並木を、同時に見られます。

The Gardens of Kyoto Japan - Tofukuji | Our Japanese Garden Escape
The Tofukuji Buddhist temple houses the famous Hojo garden, also known as Hasso-no-niwa garden. At the temple entrance is the Sanmon gate, built in 1425. The gate is 22 meters tall and is the oldest Zen gate in Japan. The 100 meter long roofed Tsutenkyo bridge is another famous landmark of Tofukuji. The temple was one the five principal Buddhist temples and consists of several temple buildings. The Hojo garden is built around the Hojo temple building, which used to be the residence of the head monk. The garden was designed in 1939 by the Japanese garden designer Mirei Shigemori and consists of four different Zen gardens, one located at each side of the Hojo temple building. This garden is unique in that it mixes traditional and modern garden styles.

Ryoanji is a temple of the Rinzai sect in Kyoto.
Founded in 1450.
Known for its famous rock garden, it was registered as a World Heritage Site in 1994.
In 1467, the Onin War broke out. The entire area of Kyoto was engulfed in fire, and many temples and shrines were damaged.
Admission fee is 500 yen.
Katsumoto Hosokawa took over this land, which was originally a mountain villa, and built Ryoan-ji Temple on the premises in 1450.
In 1975, when Queen Elizabeth II of England and Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, visited Japan on an official visit, they visited the Hojo garden (rock garden) and praised its beauty.
Ryoan-ji's rock garden is a dry landscape garden that expresses overlapping waves with ripple marks on the white sand.
A space of 25 meters wide and 10 meters deep is covered with white sand, and from the east, 5, 2, 3, 2, and 3 stones of a total of 15 sizes are arranged.

It is located in Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
Odawara Castle is known as the residence of the Hojo clan.
For about 100 years, five generations of the Hojo clan expanded their influence in the Kanto region, with Odawara Castle as their central base.
In 1590, the Hojo clan was destroyed by Toyotomi Hideyoshi's invasion of Odawara, including the construction of Ishigakiyama Castle, and the Sengoku period came to an end.
After the fall of the Hojo clan, Tadayo Okubo, who followed Tokugawa Ieyasu to attack Odawara, became the castle's lord, and the castle was renovated into an early modern castle.

【Ryoanji/ 龍安寺】The epitome of all Zen gardens, Daiunzan Ryoanji was established by Hosokawa Katsumoto, the deputy to the Ashikaga Shoguns in 1450. Katsumoto received the mountain villa of Lord Tokudaiji and invited the Zen priest Giten Gensho, who was at the time the fifth abbot of Myoshinji, to transform the villa and establish it as a temple. Although it was destroyed in the fire during Onin Wars only two decades later, it was rebuilt by Katsumoto's son, Masamoto. The abbot's hall (Hojo) was constructed in 1499, and the garden was presumably constructed at the same time. However in 1797 the fire destroyed Hojo, Founder's hall and Buddha hall; thereafter the current Hojo was brought here from Seigen'in, a sub temple (tacchu) of Ryoanji. Among other things, the de facto ruler of Japan in 16th century Toyotomi Hideyoshi frequented Ryoanji, and a plaque written personally by him remains among the temple's assets. Furthermore, Katsumoto, his wife and son, as well as the founder Giten are buried on the temple grounds.
