Hiya! In this week's vlog, I traveled to Croatia's beautiful capital, Zagreb!
Honestly, Eastern Europe is so underrated. If you are on a budget, but you will want to inludge in amazing food, learn about fascinating history, and marvel over breathtaking views... Eastern Europe has got you covered!
Throughout this video, Steph and I travel all over Zagreb and give our top recommendations!
We learned that Zagreb truly is the city of museums! Although we only went to a few, if you plan on staying for a longer duration, we definitely recommend checking them out because there are some really awesome ones!
Oh and if you get the chance, try the traditional Croatian dish, Strukli! It's delicious and you wont regret it (unless you're lactose intolerant...then you might a little lol)

A destination that offers a unique combination of land and sea, full of surprises
and beautiful corners, that are worth discovering - the unique Lika.
Visit one of the most beautiful natural sights in Europe - Plitvice Lakes, whose
waterfalls are listed among the 10 most beautiful on the planet. Plitvice Lakes is
the oldest and largest national park in Croatia with 16 lakes of various sizes,
filled with crystal blue-green water - a true wonder of nature.
Not far behind their beauty is the beautiful river Una, which is also called the
queen of rivers, which is borderline and flows briefly through Croatia. Una is
full of beautiful waterfalls and a real rafting paradise. The emerald rapids of
this beauty will leave you breathless.
One in a series of natural beauties is the Kosinjska valley, through which the
river Lika flows, and a sigh will be elicited by the beautiful stone Kosinjska
bridge 70 meters long, which welcomes every guest with its beauty.
The centuries-old peace of old mills that resist the weather stand proudly at
the source of the Gacka and preserve the memories of the old craft of grinding
grain using the power of the spring will take you to the past. Experience a
magnificent cycling adventure riding through the Gacka Valley, which is a real
untouched pearl of nature.
Driving along the river, which bears the epithet of the most beautiful European
trout water, enjoy every moment. In the area of Otočac and Gacka, there are a
dozen bike trails that are marked, mapped, and you can choose from easy to
demanding trails.
If you want to get to know the underground world, stop by the Grabovača Cave
Park, which has nine speleological objects. Visit the Samograd cave - a true
work of art of nature of exceptional beauty and rich cave jewelry. Magnificent
vaults, bridges and balconies will take you to another world. Enjoy the magical
moments of this extraordinary beauty. Miracles and magic never end, because
when you see a hobbit house in this green paradise, for a moment you will feel
like you are in the story of the Lord of the Rings. Enjoy magical and fairytale
moments.
When you see the sunlit fortress on the hill and the endless blue of the sea in
the distance, you have arrived in Senj. The recognizable symbol of Senj is the
Nehaj Fortress, also known as the Nehaj Tower, was built in 1558. It is positioned
so that each of its four corners points to four corners of the world.
You can enjoy motorcycling on the highway from Senj to Karlobag and further
south to Starigrad, where the highway descends almost to sea level. At the end
of this most beautiful motorcycle route, you will reach the island part of Lika-
Senj County and the town of Novalja, as well as the beautiful Lun olive groves,
which for centuries has been the most exotic corner of the Mediterranean.

The mountainous part of Lika: continental climate with temperatures up to 20 oC, and during the night up to 10 oC.
Climatic conditions in this area are mostly determined by winds of which the most famous are the south wind and the north wind bora.
Island of Pag: Mediterranean climate and the highest temperature can rise to over 30 oC.
