Welcome to Gibsons, the most beautiful town on the Sunshine Coast.
On our road trip around British Columbia, we kept the best for last. On the last few days, we explored the Sunshine Coast, and in this travel vlog, we drive from Scheldt toward Vancouver in the south. On the way, we visit some beautiful spots on the Sunshine Coast, and we visit Gibsons, one of the prettiest towns in BC. After exploring Gibsons, we take a ferry and end our day in Vancouver, the largest city in British Columbia.

We're guessing the answer is no, and we want to change that, with a video tour of this photogenic paradise. We're talking green green inlets, islands, spectacular sunsets, hikes, ferries, seaplanes and the one and only Skoomumchuck Narrows!
The first part of the episode takes you to the Sunshine Coast's most popular spots: Gibsons, Roberts Creek, Sechelt, Egmont, Skookumchuck, Powell River and Lund, and in part 2, Jefferson Graham has photo tips about how he got some of his cool shots that are seen in the video.

An easy drive and ferry ride up the Western Coast of Mainland British Columbia from Vancouver will bring you to the Sunshine Coast of Canada. Some buddies and I take a quick 40 minute ferry from Horseshoe Bay to Langdale on the Sunshine Coast. We hop on a bus that takes us to the town of Gibsons. After settling in at the Airbnb, we explore some local breweries, take a hike up Soames Hill and check out the local art gallery.

We head out in Penelope again. This time we do some parenting and move Courtney from Victoria to Squamish and then get back on a BC Ferry to go from Vancouver to Gibsons. Kory is super excited about this because Gibsons is where his childhood favourite TV show was filmed. Every Sunday night at 7pm he watched the Beachcombers where Relic and Nick hung out at Molly's Reach and on Nick's boat the Persephone. We spend a little time on the beach and give you a geography lesson about Vancouver Island and the Georgia Strait.
