Un viaje en auto hacia las Marias, el balneario mas famoso de Neyba | RD.
El municipio de Neiba se encuentra en la provincia de Bahoruco, en la región suroeste de la República Dominicana. Es conocida por sus hermosos paisajes naturales y su gente amable y acogedora.
Por su parte las MARIAS es un balneario de aguas cristalinas y muy frias que tiene una superficie de 624 m2, con una profundidad que oscila entre los 0,5 y los 4,5 m.
En resumen, Neiba es una ciudad llena de maravillas naturales, cultura e historia que vale la pena explorar. Los paisajes impresionantes y la amabilidad de su gente hacen de Neiba un lugar especial que no te puedes perder.

¿Cómo llegar a Los Guineos de Neyba?
Cuando llegues al centro de la ciudad de Neiba (lo escribí con i para que tomes en cuenta que se puede escribir de las dos formas), vas a tomar La Av. San Bartolomé, sin doblar para ningún lado llegarás en una hora y media aproximadamente al punto donde salgo hablando en la parte final del video (míralo de nuevo). Puedes dejar el vehículo en la entrada y hacer el recorrido río arriba.
Nosotros fuimos en un vehículo 4x4, recomiendo lo mismo, aunque actualmente pueden llegar en cualquier tipo de vehículo siempre y cuando no esté lloviendo.

Las Marias Natural Monument Pt.1
This a natural pool found in between Galvan and Neyba (Neiba) in the province of Bahoruco, there's a rumor that the pool is made in the shape of coffin because a lot of people have drowned here, and from what I heard from the locals, a lot of people have drowned here because people who don't know how too swim go to the deep part assuming it's shallow since the water is crystal clear, but don't let the pristine water mislead you, this pool is kinda deep as shit.

Uwielbiamy Dominikane! Zwlaszcza jej polnocna część: Polwysep Samana, gdyz to wlasnie w tej czesci tego wyspiarskiego kraju znajduja sie najpiekniejsze w naszym mniemaniu plaze. Dziś zabieramy Was po raz kolejny na Plaze Coson, gdzie wbijamy sie do opuszczonego resortu. W latach 7--tych ruiny prezentowane na filmnie wygladaly nieco inaczej. Ekskluzywny hotel LA ISABELLA: projekt, ktory okazal sie fiaskiem i zalatuje historia kryminalna, ktora po krotce zechcemy Wam przyblizyc w tym vlogu.
Wszystkie informacje to projekcie La Isabella, zaczerpnelismy od lokalnych mieszkancow lub osob podajacych sie za czlonkow rodziny, której rodzina kiedys byla wspolwlascicielami.
Nie wiemy do konca, czy podane informacje są prawdziwe. Przytaczamy je tylko jako ciekawostkę.
Ogladane przez nas wlasciwie juz ruiny to slynny niegdys Hotel La Isabella. Kiedy za chwile zblizymy sie do tergo jakze atrakcyjnie polozonego projektu, zobaczycie jak niefortunnie potoczyly sie losy hotelu, jego wspolwlasciwieli, inwestorow oraz samego budynku.
Mozemy sobie tylko wyobrazic, ze w latach 70 tys, kiedy ten hotel powstawal byl to obiekt napawde ekskluzywny…a przynajmniej mial byc….
Lokalni mieszkancy, bardzo chetnie opowiadaja o tajemniczej i ostatecznie dosc tragicznej historii tego projektu, ktora z cala pewnoscia nadala by sie na fabue niezlego filmu dokumentalnego - lub moze raczej kryminalu.
Trudno nam tylko jednoznacznie wszystkie te informacje zebrac w calosc, zeby czegos niepotrzebnie nie przeklamac…
Jedna osoba, ktora do dnia dzisiejszego mieszka na tych terenach powiedziala, ze dzialka nalezala do pana Juana Sarante jej babci -
Ponoc W 1979 roku hotel La Isabella został skradziony przez pana Máximo Galvana.
Dzieci pana Juana Saranente Pozniej probowaly negocjowac z osobą, która okradła zarówno ich ojca, a ostatecznie sprzedały hotel grupie Włochów, z których część była poszukiwana przez Interpol.
Wlosi ponoc Wzięli fikcyjny kredyt w banku a ich prawnicy pomogli aby ostatecznie wyciagnac z tej tranzakcji jak nawiecej zysku po czym znikneli….
Ostatecznie Hotel został nielegalnie przejęty przez polityka, który jest dziś właścicielem obiektu.
Druga opowiesc brzmni dosc podobnie:
Powstal projekt La Isabella. Włoski deweloper sprzedał 50% jednostek investorom. . Kupujący nigdy nie otrzymali swoich tytułów wlasnosci. Tymczasem ideveloper uzyskał dodatkowy kredyt bankowy lub jego przedłużenie na 100% projektu, nie informując ani kupujących, ani banku. Bankrutuje i. staje sie niewyplacalna. Podwykonawcy, którzy przyszli i zrekompensowali sobie straty usuwając wszystko z terenu (dach, okna, drzwi, dachy . instalacje hydrauliczne… wszystko, włączając meble kupujących). ????
Obecnie ruiny hotelu zamieszkiwane sa przez lokalnych mieszkancow, prawdopodobnie bezdomnych , ktorzy jak za chwile zobaczycie zamieszkuja niektore siebie pokoje, grilluja w srodku lub na zenatrz, a nawet uprawiaja warzywa i owoce.
To nasza pierwsza wspolna ( ja i Adam) wizyta w karaibskim resorcie….
Jezeli i Was oczaruja te tereny, koniecznie wybierzcie sie do Las Terrenas. Moze jak my, pokochacie te klimaty tak bardzo, ze zdecydujecie sie zainwestować w kawalek wlasnego raju....

Las Marías is one of its main streams and along the rivers Panzo, Don Juan and the sleeve.
