The JOINT CORE GROUP MEETING of the REBOLUSYONG DUTERTE FOR REVOLUTIONARY GOVERNMENT and the PAMUNUANG SENTRAL NG GUARDIANS, INC. (PSGI) held in San Fernando, Pampanga hosted by RDRG Revolutionary Council for Pampanga headed by Chairman Ka, Rupert Buenaventura, and presided by RDRG Lead Convenor and Founding National Chairman Bishop Nilo Tayag. Bishop Tayag is also the Chairman of the PSGI while Ka Rupert is the Secretary General. The meeting was called to discuss the following:
1. Assessment and Analysis of the recent May 13 Mid-term Election and the Rampant Vote Buying in the local level as per reports from the different areas in Luzon and in Mindanao
2. Declaration of Revolutionary government due to failure of election and to fast-tract the establishment of Federalism in the country
Said meeting was also attended by Datu Mustapha Eid Kabalu - the RDRG Regional Revolutionary Council Chairman of the Alternative Autunomous Region for Muslim Mindanao (AARMM), Ka Nick Elman, - the Chairman of the Industrial, Government, Professional, Agricultural Workers Confederation (IGPAW) and RDRG Revolutionary Council for Makati, Ka Ver Eustaquio Karev Fili - RDRG Regional Revolutionary Council for National Capital Region (NCR), RDRG Revolutionary Council for Rizal Province Chairman Joe Manicad together Antipolo City Chairman Lino Lopez Agapay and Montalban Chairman Ka Bang, Ka Carolyn Parado , Ka Samuel Bulatao, Ka Rolly and Ka Angel Garcia.
Present at the assessment meeting also were Former DILG Assistant Secretary .Josie Go, Atty. Arlene Buan, Bryan Francis Buan, Fr. and many others.
