This Michigan coastal trio has been nicknamed Michigan's little traverse bay, and for good reason! This area really surprised us with its charming downtowns, beautiful coastlines, and amazing real estate!
These towns were really well kept and I can see why the price tag on many of these homes was so high. These areas seemed very polished, safe, and family friendly - definitely worth visiting next time you're in Michigan!!

Munising is on the south shore of Lake Superior in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. This small town of only 2,000 people is known as the gateway to Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, which has some of the most stunning rock formations that you'll see in all of North America.

Things to See and Do in Escanaba, Michigan
Here are some cool things to see and do in Escanaba, Michigan. Escanaba is located along the shores of Little Bay de Noc (a part of Lake Michigan) up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. It is a beautiful city with a nice downtown area with plenty of shops and restaurants along attractions such as the Sand Point Lighthouse, the Delta County Historical Society Museum, and Ludington Park. I also stop in at the Swedish Pantry for lunch which is the place to go for great Swedish food in Michigan.

Today we are ½ across the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in the Munising area. Whether you are going by car or RV, it’s an amazing trip. We will show you the Amazing Tahquamenon Falls, White Fish Point, The history of the wreck of the Edmond Fitzgerald, Pictured Rock National Lake shore (By land and Lake), and we’ll do some ATV riding. Hereford & Hops Restaurant and Brewpub, Escanaba, MI
Hereford & Hops Restaurant and Brewpub opened in December of 1994, one of the first microbreweries in the state of Michigan. This historic location in Downtown Escanaba was originally the tavern on the first floor of a five-story hotel in 1914. Today, the restored building has two dining rooms, a pub, and two brick oven grills as well as a Mongolian BBQ bar. Patrons can pick out and grill their own steak or decide from a variety of items to have grilled for you.
H&H as the locals call it, has a delicious microbrew selection for connoisseurs of fine craft beers and a diverse menu to satisfy a variety of appetites. We suggest stopping by the next time you are visiting the Upper Peninsula ????????
Gladstone & Escanaba

Gladstone is a city of around 5,000 people in Delta County Michigan. U.S. Highways 2 and 41 run concurrently through the city, connecting it with Escanaba, nine miles to the south.
Escanaba, commonly shortened to Esky, is a port city in Michigan's Delta County. Located on Little Bay de Noc in the state's Upper Peninsula. With its population of around 13,000 people, Escanaba is the third-largest city in the Upper Peninsula after Marquette and Sault Ste. Marie.
