It's beginning! We load up big blue (our rental car) and begin our 10 day cross country road trip here in Romania! And our first stop is...Peles Castle! Peles Castle is definitely Romania's best, most luxurious castle in the country! This castle was incredibly different from most of the earlier, gothic castles and cathedrals we have been visiting throughout Europe. A must see stop in Romania for sure! It sits just outside the beautiful town of Sinaia where we grab a Romanian dinner then get to our final destination of Brasov!

Timisoara, Romania - When most people think of Romania, they think of the Transylvania region in the center of the country and the big cities like Bucharest and Constanza. However, there is so much more to this beautiful country. After crossing the border from Serbia, we are spending our first day in Romania in the beautiful city of Timisoara, located in the far West of the country. From being the birthplace of the Romanian revolution to the home of some incredible Orthodox churches, Timisoara is a city that is stepped in history. In this video, we explore all that Timisoara has to offer. This might be one of my favorite cities ever!
