What I Spent on a 3 Day Trip to Moganshan 莫干山 + Itinerary
Here’s what I spent on a 3 day trip to Moganshan (also referred to as the Hamptons of China). If you’re traveling China or based in Shanghai I recommend traveling to Moganshan for a weekend trip. My Partner and I travelled there at the end of Summer and we often talk about going back because it was so dreamy.
*TIP:*
I would recommend hiring a driver as Taxis are difficult to get in such a remote area, and sometimes phone signal is bad. Your hotel or BnB may be able to connect you with a local driver.
Itinerary:
Day 1 -
Travel to from Shanghai to Deqing

Dinner at Naked Bite (Naked Castle)

A week calls up runners from every corner of world to come thus far to Shangrila, Yunnan@China gather in celebrating inaugural of Shangrila marathon & ultra adventure mountainous run, minimal elevantion above 3000m+.
Energy was brewing and heart was pounding the mountains from day to night. Happy faces out there and a big THANK-YOU for electrifying me and kept me to finishing! Especially for those volunteers & organizers for going thru those hardships in setting up the scene! We all lost on that day in that horizon!
