The war ended with the fall of Saigon, the capital of South Vietnam, to North Vietnamese forces in 1975, and the reunification of the country under communist rule.
Since then, Vietnam has undergone significant economic reforms and modernization, and has emerged as one of the fastest-growing economies in Southeast Asia. Its economy is largely driven by exports, particularly in the electronics, textiles, and agricultural sectors. Vietnamese cuisine, which is known for its bold flavors and fresh ingredients, is also popular worldwide.

My Tho Streets & Night market - $10 Hotel Room Tour Vietnam
I walked around the streets on Tien Giang, Mỹ Tho during my visit to the Snake Zoo in Đồng Tâm, showed off my super cheap hotel room in Tien Giang, Mỹ Tho, Vietnam and also visited a night market for some shopping where mostly clothes here sold because I needed to buy some dry socks to buy. Night Markets in Vietnam are a lot of fun, populated and colorful.

Nha Be is about 20 mins from the city center and is very rural the deeper you go. It is being developed however, with new construction projects and new infrastructure. This time on my walk down Bùi Viện the police blocked the street to motor bikes and enforced the policy of keeping the tables out of the street, making Bui Vien to seem less packed than normal. Where were everyone, where they all inside the clubs?
