1000 km snowmobile trip on my Skandic SWT across Labrador (Canada)
This is a 1000km (600 mile) snowmobile trip that I took with three friends up the North Coast of Labrador (Canada). It took a total of 5 days to complete and it was well worth the ride. Amazing sights at all angles at all times. What an experience and a great challenge. The Skandic SWT took me through with ease and great comfort.

Cyril part en direction du Lac Mistassini, un lac gigantesque dans le Grand Nord du Québec. La légende raconte que des brochets énormes y rodent. Ces poissons sont connus pour leurs attaques fulgurantes et leurs mâchoires pleines de dents tranchantes. Ils sont tellement voraces qu'ils peuvent même être cannibales. D'ailleurs, d'un coup un énorme brochet affamé s'attaque à un autre brochet au bout de la ligne de Cyril, un spectacle hallucinant.

Bienvenue à Chibougamau mes amis. On est maintenant à 700km de la maison, dans cette ville si connue de nom, mais méconnue à tout point!
On y vient en passant soit par l’Abitibi, soit par le Lac St-Jean. Et après pas mal de route, on arrive finalement dans cette petite ville de moins de 10 000 habitants. Une ville au passé marqué par l’exploitation des ressources minières, et vraiment intrigante à découvrir!!!

On dirait qu’on est au milieu de nulle part, et c’est vraiment hot! On est loin de tout dans une ville qui comme Chibougamau, tient son importance passée de la présence de ressources minières importantes dans la région. À l’image des villes de compagnie de l’époque, c’est l’entreprise minière qui assume la construction des maisons, et l’installation des services essentiels. Aujourd’hui, on y compte moins de 2000 habitants! Autour de la ville, il y a plein de beaux lacs, et des belles petites montagnes. C’est un paradis pour la chasse et la pêche, et c’est aussi un bel endroit pour venir prendre des belles marches en pleine nature..

This report is about Provincial Airlines (or PAL Airlines)'s one and only Dash8 Q-300. I was pretty hyped about this flight and the reason I booked it is to try how it is to fly on North America's Best Dash8. I must say that they deserve their awards, I don't know any other regional airline this good! Also, I'm sorry for the occasional agressive sounds due to the propellers. Anyways, I wish you a very great flight!
Correction: C-FPAE is not the only Q-300 in the fleet, but there are also 2 others. Sorry for the mistake!

This trip report is about my recent trip in October with PAL Airlines. On this journey, I had the chance to fly to Quebec City, but instead of taking the easy direct option, I chose to fly via Wabush and Sept-îles! Combined all together, this makes a journey that would usually last 30 minutes direct more than 5 hours of flight time!
I have already made a trip report on PAL Airlines last year, but I've been told by an airline employee that the airline went through a reform that had an impact on their overall service and quality. So this trip report can also be seen as an updated trip report to show the difference with last year's flight!
