The things you will see in this video are what you have to do when you travel to Colombia. You cannot leave Colombia without trying a delicious cup of Colombian coffee in the Coffee Triangle ( or trying typical Colombian food, a Bandeja Paisa ( in Medellin, an Ajiaco ( in Bogotá, or Colombia's national dish: the arepa ( in all its presentations.
Apart from food or coffee, destinations that you do have to know on your vacation in Colombia. The Chicamocha canyon Santander ( the Amazon jungle or the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta ( are one of the best destinations in Colombia with incredible landscapes and great biodiversity in fauna and flora.
Among the activities that you will surely only be able to do in Colombia is play tejo ( dance salsa in Cali ( climb a volcano in Nariño ( or meet indigenous tribes.

I get a chance to speak with Andrea, a local tour guide, architect, and wonderful person. Early that day we had an amazing tour around Bogotá, Colombia. She showed us how some communities have transformed their histories from pain and suffering into art and expression.
This Music and Travel VLOG is a way for Chaz to share his love for travel and music with the world. He will be sharing insider tips from eccentric locations, meanwhile still giving the perspective of a musician traveler.
Chaz is a professional musician, a drummer that has experience traveling all over the world. He directs and maintains two tour agencies called HavanaMusicTours.com and MusicalGetaways.com
Chaz has played drums for multiple cruise ships and a famous circus from the United States call Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey’s Circus. He has traveled al over the Caribbean on different cruise lines playing Vegas style productions shows. He has extensively traveled the United States via the Ringling Bros Circus train and performed in major arenas in front of millions of people.
As a traveler he is an expert and tour guide for music and cultural travel to Cuba. He has been traveling to and guiding tours in Cuba for nearly 3 years. Chaz has also discovered and has experience traveling to South America and Europe.

Rincon kicks off the start of Christmas season. Here in Puerto Rico we celebrate Christmas halfway into January. They sing a variety of differnt songs all set to the same tune. The musicians only have to know 2 or 3 different tunes and that is good enough for a night of celebrating. I don't even know which song this is.

The village of Isla Aguada is just across a long bridge connecting to a narrow peninsula to a long island, on which a short drive brings you to Ciudad del Carmen, the state of Campeche's second city after the capital, also called Campeche.
