Hi, Guys Mabuhay PIpol of the Universe! In today's video, we are going to tour the Government House in Sydney. Tara na pipol of the universe ????????????

Government House in Sydney is the official residence of the Governor of New South Wales. It is located in the Royal Botanic Garden, near the Sydney Opera House and Circular Quay.
The current Government House, known as the Gothic Revival Government House, was completed in 1845. It replaced an earlier Government House that was built in the early 19th century.
Government House serves as the official residence of the Governor of New South Wales, who is the representative of the Australian monarch. The Governor-General carries out various constitutional and ceremonial functions at the state level.
The building is designed in the Gothic Revival architectural style and features sandstone construction, turrets, and intricate detailing. It is considered an important example of colonial architecture.
The residence is surrounded by well-maintained grounds and gardens, which are part of the Royal Botanic Garden. The gardens are open to the public, providing a peaceful setting with views of Sydney Harbour.
Government House hosts various official functions, state dinners, and ceremonies. It is a venue for important events, including the swearing-in of ministers and the presentation of honours and awards.
Guided tours of Government House and its gardens are available to the public. Visitors can learn about the history of the residence, its role, and the significance of the Governor's position.
It's recommended to check the official website of the Government House or contact the relevant authorities for the latest information on public access, guided tours, and any events or functions that may be taking place.
Visiting Government House provides insight into Australia's constitutional and historical aspects, along with the opportunity to appreciate its architectural and natural surroundings.

Lane Cove National Park - Sydney

The Lane Cove National Park is a protected national park that is located within metropolitan Sydney, in New South Wales, Australia. The 372-hectare (920-acre) national park is situated about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) north-west of the Sydney central business district. The park consists of land near the banks of the Lane Cove River, which flows generally south-east into Sydney Harbour. It also extends to the outskirts of Pennant Hills and Wahroonga.
The park includes areas of land which are part of Ku-ring-gai, Ryde, and Hornsby local government areas with small areas of the park in Willoughby, Lane Cove and Hunter's Hill local government areas on the banks of the lower reaches of the river. The park is surrounded on all sides by developed suburban areas and except for the upper northwestern region is never more than a kilometre wide. Much of the park is of fairly rugged terrain on the slopes of the river valley and covered by dense bush. The characteristics of the bush vary depending upon soils and topography. Parts of the park are affected by weed infestations.

The central section of the park, between De Burghs Bridge on Ryde Road and Fullers Bridge, was set aside as a park in the 1920s and developed with picnic areas interspersed in the bush along the banks of the river. The majority of these picnic areas are located between the Fuller's Road bridge and the road that leads towards the Tourist Park. North of this point the area becomes more rugged and there are no picnic areas until the Tunks Hill (previously known as Tunks Farm) area which is away from the river behind the garden nursery on Lane Cove Road.

A weir was constructed in the 1930s near Fullers Bridge which converted the middle section of the river from tidal salt-water to a fresh-water area with constant water level suitable for recreational use in rowing boats and canoes. This area was managed by a trust and was called Lane Cove River Park. In 1982, the Government of New South Wales took over direct control of the park which was then called Lane Cove Regional Park. Various nearby areas of undeveloped government land near the river upstream and downstream from the central area including an area around Pennant Hills Park has also been added to the national park. It was then renamed Lane Cove National Park in 1992.

A fish ladder has been constructed next to the weir to enable Australian bass to access the freshwater breeding grounds upstream of the weir. Fishing is allowed in parts of the Lane Cove River as per restrictions managed by NSW Department of Primary Industries.[2]

The Lane Cove National Park is popular with walkers, joggers and cyclists. The Lane Cove River Tourist Park, operated by the NSW National Parks & Wildlife Service, is located within Lane Cove National Park.

The main walking track along the Lane Cove River forms part of the Great North Walk from Sydney CBD to Newcastle. This track incorporates a number of old tracks that were, in many cases, old logging trails.

A rare mushroom Hygrocybe aurantipes was discovered in Lane Cove National Park in 1990.

Tunks Park & Long Gully Bridge, Cammeray

Cammeray is located in lower North Shore of Sydney, 5km from the CBD.
Cammeray takes its name from the Cammeraygal people,
an Aboriginal clan who once occupied the lower North Shore.

a reinforced concrete two rib arch bridge,
with the sandstone towers kept in their original locations.

This video captures a visit to Tunks Parks of Cammeray and drive through Long Gully Bridge.

Cammeray is the last of the south-bound bus stops for services that operate via the Warringah Freeway to the Sydney central business district, although other south-bound services do travel to North Sydney, Milsons Point and Crows Nest. Long Gully Bridge, a sandstone bridge spanning Tunks Park that once carried trams to Northbridge in the early half of the 20th century, is located at the northern end of Cammeray.[7] It is now a vital link to suburbs north of Cammeray, and is an easily recognised feature to people living in the surrounding area.

The Aboriginal men were feasting on a whale at Manly Cove and were seen by Captain Nepean, Mr White, Nanbaree & a party of men who had travelled to Manly Cove to walk to Broken Bay. Bennelong and Colebee spoke to them and Bennelong asked for Governor Phillip. Captain Nepean sent the Boatswain back to Governor Phillip at South Head. The Aboriginal men cut large chunks of whale off and put them in the boat for Governor Phillip. The military party then proceeded on their walk to Broken Bay. When Governor Phillips party arrived to see the Aboriginal men they held friendly conversation with Bennelong and Colebee for over half an hour. Later an older Aboriginal man appeared with a spear. Captain Tench remarked that he was seemingly a stranger and little acquainted with Bennelong and Colebee. The Governor moved towards this man and the man became agitated. Governor Phillip threw down his dirk to appease the man crying out confidently. The spear was thrown and Governor Phillip was hit in the shoulder. All was in confusion, there were calls to bring the muskets, Bennelong and Colebee disappeared and Governor Phillip could not make it to the ship because of the length of spear sticking from his shoulder and dragging on the ground. The muskets were brought to shore but only one would fire. The spear was finally broken and all hastened to Port Jackson.

Chatswood Mall Market | Walking Around Chatswood in The Afternoon | Chatswood Sydney Australia

Walking around Chatswood City in the afternoon.

Chatswood is a major business and residential district in the Lower North Shore of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia, 10 kilometres north of the Sydney central business district. It is the administrative centre of the local government area of the City of Willoughby.

Chatswood was declared a town centre in 1983 and a city in 1989.

Chatswood is one of the North Shore's major commercial and retail districts. The Sydney global economic corridor, is used to describe a geographical arch of Sydney, home to international corporations. Many retail outlets are situated along Victoria Avenue and many office buildings are situated along Pacific Highway.

Chatswood has two major shopping centres: Chatswood Chase Sydney and Westfield Chatswood. There are also a few smaller shopping centres such as Mandarin Centre, Chatswood Interchange, Chatswood Place, Lemon Grove, The Gallery, Victoria Plaza and Orchard Arcade.

The Chatswood Mall Markets are held each Thursday and Friday in Chatswood Mall, Victoria Avenue and feature food and craft stalls, and live music.

Chatswood has a wide variety of restaurants and cafes and is known as a major dining destination in the Lower North Shore of Sydney. There are a large number of Chinese (including Cantonese), Japanese and Korean restaurants and eateries.

Chatswood railway station is served by the T1 North Shore & Western Line and the T9 Northern Line as part of the Sydney Trains network. Southbound rail services run to the Sydney CBD before continuing to the western suburbs. Northbound rail services run to Hornsby and some peak hour services run to Gosford and Wyong. Before the conversion of the Epping to Chatswood railway line (opened in 2009) to part of the metro network, Chatswood Station served as a junction between that line and the North Shore Line.

The first stage of the Sydney Metro runs from Tallawong railway station in North West Sydney to Chatswood Station. An extension of the line to the Sydney CBD is currently (2019) under construction.

Chatswood is a major bus terminus with services to the city, North Sydney, Mosman, St Leonards/Crows Nest, Manly, Warringah Mall/Brookvale, Ku-ring-gai, Lindfield Precinct, Belrose, Narrabeen, Frenchs Forest, Mona Vale, Burwood, Top Ryde, Macquarie Park/Centre, Castle Hill, Norwest Park, Cammeray, Crows Nest, Killarney Heights and Willoughby.

An interstate bus service between Sydney and Brisbane via the North Coast stops at Chatswood.

Wake up to North Sydney

Wake up to North Sydney

Beautiful Australian bush walk with 4k drone footage - Flat Rock Gully, Sydney

This bush walk is in Northbridge, a highly recommended suburb when exploring Sydney, Australia. The Flat Rock Gully walk is part bushwalk and part coastal walk. The track is slippery when wet and has some steep sections and creek crossings. Flat Rock Gully walking track takes you under the historic Long Gully Bridge which opened in January 1892 and was rebuilt in 1939. Tunks Park has an off-leash dog section and adjoins the Tunks Park Boat Ramp, officially part of Middle Harbour, Sydney Australia.

I shot this 4k aerial drone footage at 5pm, as the sun set.
