Today our Moscow travel guide invites you to walk along the most aristocratic street in Moscow - Povarskaya. It connects New Arbat and Sadovoye ring.
In fact Povarskaya means Cook s street. Its because those, who were in service in the Tzar kitchen lived here In 16th -17th century. And also Ivan the Great s guardsmen, because this street was a way to Novgorod.
We ll start our excursion from the legendary restaurant Praga. It was opened in 1872 and the address was Povarskaya, 1. After the October revolution this luxury restaurant turned into a canteen! Mayakovskiy liked to eat here.
This is a church of Simeon Stolpnik. It was built in 17th century. Look at its beautiful 5 domes in the traditional Moscow style.
Here count Sheremetiev married a serf actress Praskovia Zhemchugova. Gogol used to come here during the last years of his life.
Let s continue our walk and go up the street to the Sadovoe ring. The Golden age of the estates on Povarskaya starts from the 18th century, from the Peter times.
The Tzar kitchen moves to the new capital St Petersburg. And the street begins to be a home of russian aristocrats: Gagarin, Golitsin, Dolgorukiy, Volkonsky.
Today most of the estates host different foreign embassies, for example Norway or Cyprus. In Bludov s estate on Povarskaya, 15 there is a Supreme court of Russia now. Look, here is the sculpture of Femida, without an eye patch for some reason.
Not far from the Borisoglebsky street was a court of Peter s the first sister Natalia.
Unfortunately not all estates survived till nowadays. Some of them burned out, some were demolished.
For example between 2 streets Borisoglebskiy and Big Rshevskiy instead of 2 luxury estates of the 18th century the soviets made a park of Ivan Bunin. 200year old elm the favorite Bunins tree unfortunately has not survived.
Lets continue our excursion. Look at the house number 25, the Gagarin estate. Prince Gagarin, the director of the Emperors theatre ordered to build the main house in the empire style.
In the 1920s the cavalry school was in this building, and in the 1937 it became the Literature institute. In the yard you can find another famous sculpture of Vera Muhina The thunderbird of Revolution.
And here is the Orlov s house. In the 19th century it belonged to the count Sheremetiev. In one of its splendid halls Pushkin read his poem Poltava for the 1st time.
The only wooden house that remained on Povarskaya, is the house with mesonine of the princess Volkonskaya.
House number 50 - the famous Writers house was the first writers cub in Moscow.
And at last we came up to the house № 52. This very estate with 6 columns was the home of Tolstov s Natasha Rostova, the hero of his famousWar and peace.
This yellow estate is made in russian classicism style. There is a small church near the main house. In 1920 the Palace of arts was opened here. Boris Pasternak, Alexey Tolstoy, Sergei Esenin and Marina Zvetaeva performed here.
In the yard you cfn see the monument to Lev Tolstoy made by Vasnetcov.
Today several writing organizations and restaurants are located here.

Kolomna Kremlin was built by the order of Vasily III in the 16th century. On the territory of the Kremlin we can find some cathedrals, churches and other historic buildings. In former times Kolomna Kremlin was surrounded by a very high brick walls with 17 towers. Only six towers have survived since then.

By M10 / E105 Moscow - St. Petersburg to the village of Yarynya. From Veliky Novgorod about 110 km. From the M10 you need to go along the sign to the Kolokola village. I have dreamed of making drone footage of this stone bridge crossing the Yarynya River for a long time. Thera are several drone footage of this stone bridge already awailable on youtube? but none of this drone footage is 4k. Unfortunately, this is already an abandoned stone bridge, but stone cladding and classic arches strikingly distinguish this railway stone bridge in the forest from modern crossings, it hides in the coastal foliage and is undeservedly deprived of attention so it is not easy to perform drone footage of this stone bridge.
The Valdai - Kresttsy railway was part of the Narva - Luga - Novgorod - Bronnitsy - Valdai project, which was built during the First World War, including for strategic reasons.
At the same time, in the same place, another project was being implemented - the Petrograd - Novgorod - Bronnitsy - Soblago - Smolensk - Oryol railway. The well-known bulls on the Volkhov (unfinished railway bridge) were to become the pillars of the railway bridge of these two projects.
Both projects were never fully implemented. There is a version that it is precisely because of the Novgorod cultural heritage. The project and the railway stone bridge under construction caused a lot of noise in the then cultural circles, since the railway was supposed to pass in the immediate vicinity of Rurikov Gorodishche and the Church of the Savior on Nereditsa and completely change the local landscape. According to another version, the construction of the railway stone bridge was stopped due to the fact that in 1918 Soviet Russia concluded a peace treaty with Germany in Brest. From the first project, only the Novgorod - Batetskaya - Luga and Valdai - Kresttsy sections were implemented. Both sites were built in 1916. From the second - Novgorod (Preduzlovaya-Pavlovskaya) - Novolisino (1914 - 1918, 1918 - 1922). In addition to the two sections, Orlovskaya Street and the embankment from Myachenskie Lakes to the village of Kresttsy remained from the project.
It's hard to believe, but such beauty, such a beautiful railway stone bridge, is not located anywhere in Europe, but here, right next to us. The ancient stone railway bridge, built a hundred years ago for strategic reasons, could well become a prominent tourist attraction in our time. And i hope that my drone footage will help on this matter! Moreover, the presence of a railway allows excursion trains to be launched here. Isn't it a retro route? Good photos of the abandoned railway stone bridge are only possible during the leafless season. The stone bridge is overgrown on all sides. As, however, the entire Valdai line. Trap for visitors from the West in Moscow, Russia
It is a one of special points in Moscow, in which fascism agents misled almost all west visitors for:
1) to create the false opinion that all are very good and attractive in Russia. Even rare bad things remained there shall seems as possible targets for various investments (money, knowledges) of westerners in Russia.
2) to focus all contacts of westerners to members of fascists authorities only, to many of their conscienceless employees and giant number of con artist agents there. To forbid quietly and unpublicly for westerners to contact and even to see ordinary people in Moscow.
3) to discredit visitors from the West in eyes of ordinary people in Moscow because almost all westerners seems as alcoholically intoxicated, sexually addicted shmacks there: they have a deals only with fascists or their formal and unformal representatives, with various scumbags, with lecherous girls and etc. Westerners even ignore and know nothing about good people in Moscow. So, it discredit the West in eyes of most people in Russia.
4) for trainings on visitors from the West.
On this short video, the restaurant with night-club Night Flight at Tverskaja street in Moscow and, so called, the Eliseevskij shop with a cafe just on other side of the same street. It is in a walking distance from Kremlin (the center of Moscow) and you can see it on the video little too. There are many old renovated buildings with modern shops, cafes, entertainments, large number of various accommodations, parks, church, expensive cars and many beauty attractive people around.
This zone is very fascinate arranged by lights at evening. So, it seems fairytale at dark.
So, now I go quickly to the main question, which disturbs visitors usually: How it is possible that every girl is provoker there?
There is no one answer. It is a complex:
1) It is the continuation and the improvement of Soviet system of handling westerners in Russia.
2) Fascists control almost all business by various ways in Russia. Every person pass security clearance about loyality to fascist regime before allowance to any legal job. This check is more deep for allowance to work in 'zones for westerners'.
Fascists leave (do not care for more) some discredited soviet objects, like VDNH (former false exhibition in north part of Moscow) for example, and focus all efforts on center and west part of Moscow, where more high ranked fascist employees are living usually. It is less than 10% of all Moscow's area.
3) Look to a map of Euro-Asia. Every girl (with very few exceptions) from whole Moscow, from all west part of Russia, from all East Ukraine and East Belarus went to this unformal zones for westerners, which is less than 10% of all Moscow's area, and she tried to stay here with great effort because it is like the bottle neck to high society, to good life and yet like a bridge for escape to the successful West and everyone faced with sad reality that stay here is possible only by ideal service for fascist authorities in Russia. This giant number of fresh girls here yet more increased by girls from another parts of Russia, from all former USSR and from some another states of the World. So, fascists have not a short age of girls here. They check seriously every girl, every person. Only rogues pass checking. And fascist choose the best girl for handling you.
You do not need to going for the best prostitutes in center of Kiev, or to Minsk (the capital of Belarus). They are all already here, pre-selected by fascists, regularly instructed and waited for you posing and feigning as cultural honest and even progressive girls or women.
You should not have illusions about possibility to acquainte with good woman in Russia by dating sites in internet or sites like HospitalityClub, AirBnB and etc. Almost all members (probably all) of those sites are same agents like described above.
If we will pretend that fascist authorities allow westerners to contact with decent people in Russia then you will find mass (I repeat, you will find MASS) various suggestions of dorms in concentration camps or at least in flats (very tiny, simplified apartments without dining room, without salon, with shower together with toilet) with group of people (with sicknesses and conflicted often) in each at sites like HospitalityClub or AirBnB!
Fascists need many informers for successfully implement anti-human policy of sadistic human exploition in a controlled society.
