The Best Sights and Food of ANDONG, South Korea! (Discover Korea Live 2020)
Recently, I was fortunate enough to be asked to be a part of a special 2-day online festival hosted by the Korea Tourism Organization New York Branch.
Discover Korea Live was held in NOvember 2020, and featured Kpop artists, international travel experts such as Phil Rosenthal and Darley Newman, and influencers such as Whitney Bae, Levi Bernhardt, Adrienne Hill, Ke Sung Anderson, and more! Tastes Seoul Good participated in a few segments by introducing the cities of Seoul and Andong.
In this segment, we head down to Andong where we tried out some amazing beef galbi, head to a filming location of the K-Drama 'Mr. Sunshine', and finally end up at the Andong Hahwe Village.
It was a great time!

Andong (Korean pronunciation: [an.doŋ]) is a city in South Korea.
It is the largest city in the northern part of the province with a population of 167,821 as of October 2010.
The Nakdong River flows through the city.
Andong is a market centre for the surrounding agricultural areas.
Since the 1970s Andong has developed rapidly, although the population has fallen by nearly seventy thousand as people have moved away to Seoul and other urban centers.
In the late 1990s and early 2000s it became a tourism and cultural centre.
Andong is known as a centre of culture and folk traditions.
