Grottes de Remouchamps - Best Place To Visit In Belgium
Grottes de Remouchamps or The Remouchamps Caves Located in Belgium is the longest Underground Boating in the World.The Caves are formed by two galleries visiting on foot and by boat. They are nicknamed the Wonders of Wonders & one of the most visited tourist places in Belgium.
The Remouchamps caves are on the boundary of 3 geological regions: The Condroz formed of limestone & sanstone, limestone Calestienne and The Schistose Ardenne.
The Remouchamps caves were formed in limestone more than a million years ago by the presence of an underground river named Rubicon
8,000 years ago, Paleolithic hunters came here frequently.Temperature inside the caves oscillates between 8 and 10 degrees. All Tours of the Remouchamps caves are guided in several languages. They last about 1 and a quarter hour.

We spent 4 lovely days in The Ardennes, Belgium. This time we brought our tent for some very relaxing moments at the banks of the Amblève river. We love the outdoors and really enjoyed making this relaxing video.
The Ardennes region covers a little bit of each of three countries: France, Belgium and Luxembourg... between magical forests, spectacular landscapes, inviting valleys, ancient fortresses, and picturesque towns and villages…

#80 La Cascade de Coo, Stavelot - Belgique ???????? (Coo Waterfalls)
La cascade de Coo, sur la rivière Amblève, sur le territoire de la commune de Stavelot en Belgique, possède 15 mètres de dénivelé.
La petite chute d'eau est apparue au XVe siècle. Au XVIIIe siècle, les moines de l'abbaye de Stavelot creusèrent la grande chute, en recoupant un méandre de la rivière, pour protéger le village de Petit-Coo.

A walk to remember, a walk to feel, a walk to breathe the fresh air and a walk to enjoy.
In the midst of nature's greatest creation felt like we keep on walking and indeed we took another trail in the forest and ended up walking 21 km that day and finally reached to Aywaille station by bus to head back towards Brussels.
This video indeed brings back all those memories. ????
ARDENNEN - 11,5 km wandelen tussen Remouchamps en Aywaille ( BELGIUM)
De Ardennen is misschien wel een van de mooiste gebieden van België. De uitgestrekte bossen, glooiende heuvels en kleine dorpjes maken het een ideaal gebied voor een dagje weg, een langweekend of zelf een paar weken heerlijk vakantie. Ieder seizoen kent hier zijn eigen charmes en attracties. Of het nu de warm gekleurde bossen zijn van de herfst, de besneeuwde hellingen in de winter, de ontluikende natuur in de lente of lekker genieten van de mooie zomers. De Ardennen heeft voor ieder wat te bieden.
Remouchamps is een plaats in de Belgische provincie Luik en een deelgemeente van Aywaille. Het plaatsje is vooral bekend door de grotten van Remouchamps en de heuvel La Redoute, en ligt aan de Amblève en de Ninglinspo .
Van Remouchamps gaan we naar de hoger gelegen bossen en gaan zo richting Aywaille, en langs de rivier de Amblève keren we terug naar de startplaats: totaal 11,5 km.

Remouchamps is a place in the Belgian province of Liège and part of Aywaille. The town is best known for the caves of Remouchamps and the hill La Redoute, and is located on the Amblève and Ninglinspo. (rivers)
From Remouchamps we go to the higher forests and thus head towards Aywaille, and along the river the Amblève we return to the starting point: in total 11.5 km.

This little place is mostly known for the famous Coo waterfalls and the Plopsa Coo amusement park.
This waterfall, right at the heart of the village of Coo, is not only stunning: it also is the highest natural one in the whole of Belgium. The Amblève river falls down a full 15 metres height.
The story
The monks of the abbey of Stavelot are said to have developed part of the river to feed into a mill as early as 1483. They would not have created the waterfall but it is probable the stream would have overflowed on the nearby rocks. At the beginning of the 19th century, the fall already was a touristic sight, part of the iconic locations to check out near Spa. It still enchants visitors today...

The Ardennes, VLOG
We are heading to the Ardennes in Belgium. To meet up with some friends who are staying in a villa. We had to see a fantastic sunset and partied the night away.
The next day I had to get something off my bucket list. Jumping in the pool from the roof of the villa has always been something I wanted to do. I wouldn't recommend anyone doing this. I was able to do this safely because I had the proper techniques.
Later that day, we went out to make some drone shots of the Ardennes.
