Bucharest is the capital and largest city of Romania. This travel video features a walk tour through some of the most popular attractions and places to visit in Bucharest - see the time stamps.
The vibrant city is popular with its large and busy boulevards, remarkable architecture mixing different styles, rich historical and cultural life with the presence of many museums, churches and historical buildings. The city is dubbed Paris of the East or Little Paris. Here is also located the world's heaviest and second-largest administrative building ( after the Pentagon in USA ) - the Palace of the Parliament. You will also enjoy lively nightlife with many bars and restaurants.
One of Bucharest landmarks - Curtea Veche (Old Princeley Court)- an architectural site that used to be a palatial residence of Wallachian princes, was closed for restauration at the time of my visit - May, 2021.

In this street food vlog, we are traveling in Egypt up to Alexandria, famous for it's long history and delicious seafood. We're bringing you to try some AMAZING Egyptian Street food cooked by local chefs using famous Egyptian recipes. The flavours you can try here are so delicious!
Starting out, we're going for a traditional egyptian breakfast, served with Foul Fava bean dip, baba ganoush, Egyptian bread, and many more egyptian dishes. If you're wondering what do Egyptians eat, this is it, a healthy breakfast with lots of delicious baladi bread.These are all super delicious Ancient Egyptian recipes and super popular with the locals, using only the best Egyptian spices!!
After that amazing Egyptian breakfast, we're going for more Egyptian street food, but first, a stop at an amazing Alexandria cheese fondue restaurant, full of delicious beef and seafood!
And next up, we're going for the best seafood in Egypt, DEEP in the local seafood market of Alexandria, where you can buy incredibly fresh Seafood and bring it to the local grills nearby to cook in the Egyptian style. Here, we had a delicious baked fish, some squid, crab, and more. It was amazing!
And to finish up our day of Egyptian street food after that amazing Seafood, we're going for one more Egyptian street food, the fried liver sandwiches! This is another specialty of Alexandria, and we found the best one in the city! Although I personally found it too strong, many locals love the flavour and all the Egyptian dishes that come with it!

This video is part of a project to bring tourists to Alexandria and upgrade the services provided there.
It is a project sponsored by the Government of Romania through RoAid.
This short clip and report, is based on the understanding of available information and general data about the city of Alexandria, supplemented with information and data collected by the Consultants in the field with visits to important sites and in discussions with the Governorate of Alexandria, with officials and experts from the Arab Academy of Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), the Alexandria Port Authorities and with other local stakeholders.
Tourism is considered an important economic activity for Alexandria and there is an ongoing need and interest to integrate this sector into the local economy and support the development of other local economic activities, to create jobs and reduce poverty.
The challenge is to develop tourism, remove the barriers and constraints, attract visitors and widen the benefits for the local community by creating an environment which fosters sustainable economic and social development.
Main identified concerns include: increase tourism flows, city accessibility, transport and mobility, water management, garbage and waste management, heritage rehabilitation, promoting cruise tourism to include Alexandria as a destination.
Following the approval of the pre-feasibility study, ROAid has accepted the continuation of the Alex-Smart project with the development of the Impact Study focusing in the Tourism Development for the city of Alexandria. The Impact Study will commence in early 2020 and will be executed in stages during 2020. The purpose of this report (Phase-1 of the Impact Study) is to prepare an assessment and outline the terms of reference for the Impact Study to be carried out in the next stage of the project.
