PIRAN - the oldest marine town in Slovenia with church on hill, looking to sea (beautiful view)
KOPER - it has one of the biggest harbours in middle Europe; old buildings and streets with modern style
RIVER SOČA - most beautiful river in Slovenia and Europe because of its green colour and beautiful valley
RAFTING ON RIVER SOČA - attractive adventure with boat on river; you can go self exploring small lakes, waterfalls and green pools
KOBARID - town in the valley of river Soča; beautiful mountains on left and right side of the river
POSTOJNA CAVE - one of the biggest caves in Europe, you are driving with train in the cave, see the human fish, stalactites and stalagmites
LIPICA - it has one of the first stud farms in Europe, Lipica has purebred white horses (and also others) and they are known all over the world
LAKE BLED - Slovenia has only 2 Alp lakes and lake Bled is one of them, you can drive on the lake with boat called pletnja or you can hire your own boat, swimm in summer and skate on ice in winter
BLED ISLAND - this is natural island on lake Bled; on the island is a church with a bell called the bell of wishes; they say if you ring the bell, your wish might come true
BLED CASTLE - the castle was built on the live rock, rising just above the lake
LAKE BOHINJ - one of the second Alp lakes in Slovenia, this lake is the longest; you can swimm in summer, stay in hotels and camps
PLANICA - it has one of the longest ski jumps on the world (250m), every year it has ski jumps for world cup
KRANJSKA GORA - it is near Planica, Kranjska Gora has beautiful mountains and valley and one of the biggest ski centers, you can stay in hotels, Kranjska Gora in english means The mountain of Kranj
POHORJE - every year it hosts the women competition called The Golden Fox, also one of the biggest ski center; it lies near Maribor
TRIGLAV - is the highest mountain in Slovenia (2864m), evry year more thousand people visit Triglav
ALJAŽ TOVER ON TRIGLAV - this tover is on the highest point on Triglav, it is the real symbol of Slovenian nationality
TOLMIN - it lies in the valley of river Soča, beautiful views on mountains and greeen surroundings

Škofja Loka (Slovenia)
The Slovenian city of Skofja Loka, which is located just 40 minutes by car from Ljubljana, does not appear in all sorts of lists from the series 100 places you must see with your own eyes in this life. But it's nice, cozy and has its own atmosphere.
This town with a population of just over 12,000 people is considered the best-preserved medieval city in Slovenia.

Slap Pericnik Waterfall Slovenia | 4K | Triglav National Park Slovenia
A marked path from Mojstrana leads to it. It is best to reach it on foot or by hiking.
Peričnik is protected as a natural heritage site, as there have been quite a few ideas in the past about using the power of its water to generate electricity. The waterfall changed its path several times during its “cutting” of the wall. Looking closely at its top, we can see the grooves in the wall. In the thirties of the twentieth century, the riverbed above the lower Peričnik became clogged and for some time Peričnik ran like a two-stranded waterfall. Today, this only happens during the heaviest downpours … Peričnik is, in a way, also a world landmark of a special kind: you can walk behind the waterfall.
From Peričnik hut, where there is also a board with all the information about the waterfall, you can reach the recorder, the lower waterfall, in ten minutes. To cross at the back or under the waterfall to the other side, be very careful as the trail is wet and slippery.
You can climb to the second, upper waterfall, but its height is only 16 meters.

This time we are going down Poljanska dolina (Poljanska valley). Starting in Žiri, driving through Trebija, Hotavlje, Gorenja vas, Poljane, Zminec in to Škofja Loka. In Škofja Loka we are heading towards Železniki (Selška dolina), but video ends just past Škofja Loka.

Compilation of Slovenia's stunning waterfalls in 4K
This is a compilation of waterfalls and cascades from Slovenia. The Slap Pericnik is a two stepped waterfall within the glacial Vrata Valley, Triglav National Park, Slovenia. In winter months both waterfalls freeze completely and the water droplets sprayed against the rock face form incredible, glacier blue stalactites and stalagmites. An incredible site.<br><br>The glacial water cascading over the rocks at the snowy Vintgar Gorge, Soteska Vintgar in Slovenia with its turquoise fast flowing river. Unfortunately the gorge is closed over the winter month, but you still have a great view from the entrance.<br><br>A couple of cascades towards the mighty Waterfall the Slap Kozjak and then the majestic fifteen metres high Waterfall hidden away in an almost cave like setting. The lavish green Soča River Gorge, the narrow valley with steep and rocky walls nature's beauty. The turquoise water of the Soca river running through the valley.<br><br>Next up the Slap Sopota and Slap Krampež not far away from the Slap Kozjak in Kobraid. Both are close together with only a 5 minute walk from each other. Located near the village of Drežnica.<br><br>The so called Glijun (Izvir Glijuna) stream shows a multi-stranded waterfall called Slap Virje, near the town of Bovec in Slovenia that is more than 11 meters in height and about 19 m in width. Below, there is a stunning emerald green pool.<br><br>When you get to the Log pod Mangartom road towards the mighty Mangart saddle, you can view the steep waterfall from the bridge.<br>A view of the Tolmin Gorge from above. A fast flowing river with its footbridge going across. The Gorge is closed over the winter month, but it still gives you this great view from above.<br><br>The cascading river at the village of Zelezniki in Slovenia with its colorful houses in the background.

We headed down from the mountains to Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia! This small but beautiful & green city is completely different to any other on this trip so far! After exploring to Ljubljana to headed back up into the Julian Alps to catch a couple of fish for dinner.

Подбрдо (словен. Podbrdo) — поселення в общині Толмин, Словенія. Висота над рівнем моря: 535.3 м. Розташоване у вузькій долині річки Бача.
Дорогою до гірського перевалу Soriška planina проїздив поселенням і побачивши будинки і обєм ремонтних робіт на дорозі подумав що це місто, а виявилось це поселення всього 725 жителів. Ось вам і село зі всіма міськими коммунікаціями.
